Wir waren 2 Nächte im OASIS und wären gerne länger geblieben, es hat und sehr sehr gut gefallen, es war modern, sauber und das Inhaber-Pärchen ware sehr herzlich. Danke dafür! Außerdem liegt das Hotel super zwischen Beach und Drachenbrücke:) P.s. sie fahren einen kostenfrei zum Flughafen -so toll!
Honestly, I have never had such poor service as him. I had booked a room and he asked me to leave a deposit for my reservation. I was in the hospital, so I wrote to them to say that I would come and give them the money in advance the next day (the first time I had ever been asked for a deposit). When I returned, they told me that my reservation had been canceled without warning. The staff are not attentive and not friendly, in my opinion. I think there are better places elsewhere. So I found myself without a room and they didn't try to find a solution.
