Overall staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom floods when showering and the floor is all wet despite separator. Rust in sink and hot water kettle making it uncomfortable to use. Lamps are only decoration and have cable wiring exposed. Dusty, previous guest’s belonging and hairs were still in the room. Highly suggest changing the gym hours so there is at least a full 8-9 hours of peace and silence so hotel guests can sleep properly. The gym is open until midnight and opens again at 6am. That is only 6 hours of quietness and even then, you can hear someone dropping heavy weight in the middle of the night. In the early morning, the sudden dropping of a barbell 3-4 times is quite scary and unexpected. Worth booking if you are heavy sleeper or if it’s a good deal! Quieter than most other areas. No sidewalks nearby, a little inconvenient but generally good.
The hotel is really nice with large clean rooms. The young lady at the front desk is very sweet. There was a situation and I appreciate the owner, Duong’s effort to make things better. As a whole I would definitely return Le Cap hopefully all the renovation are completed. I would recommend Le Cap especially if you are looking a long term nomad space. Thanks again Duong for your efforts.
I had the most amazing experiences here and honestly if you decide to visit Da Nang the location and atmosphere is perfect for anyone who wants an authentic experience of the city and culture. ||* The staff are incredibly friendly, from the morning staff who each day checked we were enjoying ourselves and helped us plan our days to the owner who greats everyone with a friendly smile. The chef provided us with a locally prepared breakfast every morning. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a memorable experience. |* The location is only a 10 min walk from the beach and a 15 min walk from the night market and Dragon Bridge. You are surrounded by quaint local coffee shops and stores. It is honestly perfectly situated to maximise your experience of Da Nang from a morning local coffee, afternoon on the beach or enjoying the bustling night life. |* The hotel takes the structure of managed apartments with a cafe in the lobby. This means not only do you have your own space to relax, but have a communal space to meet others. It is the perfect spot for a long retreat. ||Overall Le Cap is an amazing hotel, especially if you’re looking for a more local connection and want to build a life-long friendships.
I stayed at Lecap Hotel for one full month and it was very good! The whole place is spotless, the rooms are new, comfortable, and feel way above the price point. The staff is incredibly friendly they give you this warm, family-community vibe that makes the hotel feel like home. The gym is hands-down the best in Da Nang, no comparison. The swimming pool is clean and relaxing, the food is tasty, and the coffee is surprisingly good. There’s also a perfect space for working, which was ideal for my daily routine. The location is great too quiet when you need it, but close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Da Nang, whether short or long term. I would absolutely come back.
I stayed at this apartment-hotel in Da Nang for 30 days, and it was an great experience from start to finish. The room was comfortable and well-designed for a long stay, and the building had everything I needed to feel at home. Breakfast was available every morning and always fresh—a really convenient way to start the day. The twice-a-week cleaning kept the room consistently clean and tidy, which made a big difference during a month-long stay. One of the highlights was the full gym on the top floor. It was well-equipped, clean, and rarely crowded, making it easy to keep up with my workout routine while traveling. The views from the gym were a nice bonus too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Da Nang—great amenities, great service, and excellent value. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, whether for a short trip or an extended stay.
I don’t normally write reviews, but after staying here for 30 days (Jan–Feb 2026), I feel it’s important to share an honest and balanced perspective—especially for anyone considering a longer stay. When we first arrived, I would have rated this hotel closer to 4 stars. After a couple of weeks, that dropped to 3 stars, and by the end of the month, it was clearly a 2-star experience for us. The main reason we chose LeCap was the gym, and in that respect, it absolutely delivers. LeCap arguably has the best hotel gym in Da Nang, which makes it a reasonable option for very short stays, especially for solo travelers or couples who prioritize workouts. However, after a full month here, I would not recommend LeCap for long-term stays. The location is technically central, but not truly convenient—most destinations are still a 15–30+ minute walk along very busy roads, which becomes tiring and impractical over time. The Good • Excellent gym – This is the hotel’s only real standout. If you need a serious gym on-site, LeCap does this very well. • Pool is clean, though extremely cold. Da Nang doesn’t really have heated pools, and because this one is ground-level and shaded, it stays cold—more like lake temperature. Refreshing briefly, but not enjoyable enough to use regularly. We rarely saw anyone in it. The Disappointing • Staff attitude and hospitality: Vietnam is known for warm, welcoming service, but that was not our experience here. Staff rarely greet guests, do not assist with luggage, do not walk you to your room on arrival, and often respond rudely to basic questions. For a hotel at this price point, the lack of hospitality was noticeable and disappointing. • Gym noise late at night: The gym is open until midnight. We stayed on the 4th floor, with the gym on the 8th. If you’re okay with heavy weights being dropped late at night, this won’t bother you. If you value quiet evenings and sleep, it absolutely will. • Rooms are very small: Despite being marketed as “apartments,” these are essentially small hotel rooms. We booked the largest king “apartment,” and it was still smaller than a standard hotel room. This becomes very apparent during a long stay. • Minimal kitchen setup: The fridge is tiny and barely fits leftovers. There are almost no kitchen supplies—no practical way to cook or even prep simple meals. For a place marketed as a long-stay option, this was a major downside. • Cheap furniture: The furniture quality is extremely low—worse than basic IKEA-level. There is no dining table unless you book a two-bedroom unit. It feels like all the budget went into gym equipment, while the rooms were heavily cost-cut. • Limited housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned only twice per week, with sheets changed once weekly. For a hotel that is not inexpensive—especially in a country with very low labor costs—this was frustrating and felt unjustified. This setup resembles a hostel or serviced apartment more than a hotel. • Poor bedding and towels: The pillows and linens were low quality and uncomfortable. The towels, in particular, were so worn and unpleasant that we seriously considered buying our own. Budget hotels and hostels in Vietnam often have better towels than these. Final Thoughts If you are a gym-focused traveler, bodybuilder, or someone staying one night (maybe two at most), LeCap could work for you. The gym alone makes it tolerable for a very short stay. However, if you’re looking for a comfortable hotel, a true long-term stay, or anything resembling an actual apartment, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. We’ve stayed in many hotels across Vietnam at all price points, and for the cost, there are far better options in Da Nang with better locations, larger rooms, higher-quality furnishings, friendlier staff, and daily housekeeping.
Staff here are excellent. However the place is let down by its cleanliness and in some areas it's smell. I didn't feel confident enough to use their pool as there was considerable mould in some areas inside the pool which a clean and chlorine should've fixed. There is a distinctive smell of damp and mould in the lifts. Waking up in the morning you could smell cigarette smoke in our room which must've come under our door. Drinks/food is great but order them the day before. The area is walking distance to a night market and dragon bridge, however at night there is a lot of traffic, some with no lights and no street lighting, so walking on the road you need to keep your wits about you. It does have an amazing gym, 2 rooms of equipment and is free for guests.
Home away from home. It has privacy and community. There is a lot of space to just hang around. Amazing food that tastes like a home cooked meal. Kind, open, and genuine staff always ready to help, plus an amazing gym to work out. Quality, comfort and price are a win! I stayed there little over 2 months. Appreciate Thai and Vii for their hospitality ❤️
Exceeded my expectations for the price. Great pool, super clean. Amazing gym, best I've seen in Da Dang hotels. They took care to clean my room daily and have a good location with lots of good food and cafes around. The only thing is the shower not draining properly but no big deal.
After booking here via Airbnb, I decided to extend my stay for another 6 months due to the quality of the rooms, facilities & services. Especially the wonderful huge pool which is Perfect on these hot days. The new gym is awesome and well built and maintained. The machines are top quality. the cafe is amazing thanks to Vi and her amazing coffee every morning and food for lunch/dinner. “Ask for the cashew chicken” worth every penny. The owner and manager are attentive and always on hand to help which has made this building a community, helping me and others connect who have goals to improve daily and feel comfortable while far from home. As a expat who works online this makes me feel like home away from home. You get the vibe that you can improve yourself while here and I have improved a lot while enjoying the beach and the mountain. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Thank you to all staff at Le cap & Vinabeast gym for the warm welcome daily!
Best hotel in Da Nang - I stayed here for 4 nights and every night was quiet and pleasant, no construction or karaoke late into the night. The rooms are spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable, I had a balcony overviewing the beautiful pool. In front there is a lobby and parking which look beautiful, sadly I didn’t use the space provided but many seem to enjoy their morning coffee there. Staff is wonderful and helpful, always greeting and smiling. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would’ve stayed longer if I could! 5 stars
