Da Nang launches OCOP trading floor – Local specialties on Grab app

Over the past week, Da Nang city has seen several notable activities, most notably the launch of the "OCOP – Da Nang Specialties" trading floor on the Grab app. This is a practical step to bring the region's signature products closer to consumers, especially tourists visiting the coastal city.

This trading floor promises to deliver a convenient, fast shopping experience, allowing visitors to easily find and purchase Da Nang specialties right from their smartphones. The partnership with Grab, a popular super app, will create favorable conditions for OCOP products and local specialties to reach a wider customer base, thereby promoting Da Nang's culinary and cultural image to both domestic and international audiences.

In addition, over the past week the city has also focused on other important tasks such as strengthening civil defense capabilities, accelerating the disbursement of funds for national target programs, and notably identifying Ngoc Linh ginseng as the key crop of the medicinal herb industrial center. This is seen as a strategic direction for sustainable socio-economic development, while also creating new specialty products for tourists visiting the region.
