Just walked up and asked about jet skis, staff said no theyre not doing that , theyre only doing banana boat and parasailing, so i asked me if and my girlfriend can do the banana boat, she was so rude and awkward, when i asked to do banana boat she said how many people, i replied two please, and she just did very rude and aggressive hand gestures, and walked away, left us standing there feeling awkward and confused,honestly its ruined the morning for us , i think she simply hated us because we are foreigners, we were extremely friendly and had smiles while we were there, so i have no idea why she so was hostile towards us.. wasted our time walking there…

Stay away from this place. Safety is not in focus. We rented two surfboards. We payed 350.000VND and one was broken. No explaing or instruction how to surf in the waters. When we tried to explain it to them they refused to help and charge us the full bill. Payment was in the first place confusing.

Extremely unsafe parasailing experience. The rope snapped in the middle of the ocean, and the operators showed no concern afterward.

A pure tourism scam. A very disappointing experience. We paid VND 1,000,000 for a banana boat ride that lasted barely two minutes. When we complained about how short it was, we were asked to pay an additional VND 500,000 for a longer ride. The pricing and duration were never explained clearly beforehand, and the whole experience felt like a tourist scam. The staff were also extremely rude and refused to put me in contact with the manager when I asked to speak with them. I sincerely hope the management is unaware of how its team treats tourists, because this kind of behaviour is damaging to Da Nang’s image as a welcoming destination. We were also advised that it is better to pay the people operating the boat directly. When payment goes through an intermediary, the boat crew apparently has to pay a commission, which may explain their complete lack of effort and enthusiasm. Avoid going around nap time, and make sure the exact price and duration are agreed upon before paying. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Unsafe parasailing experience, got dropped in the middle of the ocean.

Parasailing was nice but very brief

I have just done the parasailing activity and I am bleeding from it. Not one thing was explained to me (how to hold the harness etc) which resulted in my injury. I was also not informed that I will be dropped fully clothed in the ocean, had I known that, I would have changed in the swim suit but nobody seemed concerned to tell me. I short, everything felt rushed, stressed and the bad process took away from the actual enjoyment of the experience. Nobody seems to speak English or maybe justu unwiling to communicate. Time in the air was fun but only once I figured out how to sit in the harness without falling.

Extremely disappointing parasailing experience. The actual flight lasted only around 3 minutes, which is far from what anyone would reasonably expect for the price. When asked about the duration beforehand, the staff avoided giving a clear answer and only said “one round” — in reality, it didn’t even feel like a full round at all. After landing, the staff who picked us up from the water were quite rude and rushed. I was not even fully back on the boat yet, and they were already impatiently trying to move on. Most concerning was the behavior of one middle-aged, stocky-built staff member during the safety equipment setup. After finishing putting the equipment on me, he suddenly reached out and touched my arm in a way that was clearly unnecessary and unrelated to the process. This was not an area that required any contact during the setup, which made the interaction feel intentional and very uncomfortable. Overall, poor value, poor service, and serious concerns about professionalism, boundaries, and respect for customers.

Ga hier niet je watersports doen!!!! We zijn net wezen paraseilen en het was een vreselijke ervaring. Bij aankomst werd er al naar ons geschreeuwd omdat het pinnen niet lukte. Vervolgens met cash betaald en werd er opnieuw geschreeuwd en aan ons getrokken dat we ons zwemvest aan moesten doen. Dit ging met veel geweld en geschreeuw. (Ze denken alleen aan geld en willen dat iedereen zsm de lucht in gaat) We zeiden meerdere keren dat ze rustig moesten doen, maar dat begrepen ze niet. Daarna de lucht in (hooguit 2 minuten) en daarna landden we keihard in het water. Bestormd door 3 jetskis die proberen de spullen af te doen bij je (weer gehaast en getrek). Toen met z’n tweeën op de jetski richting land en 100 meter verderop gedumpd. DON’T GO HERE. Onaardig en agressief personeel.

They knock you off the banana boat ride, but at really high speeds. Hitting the water ruptured our friends spleen and she needed to be hospitalized. For the host: Please consider asking the customers how rough they would like the ride to be before knocking them off into the water.

Did parasailing at the time of sunset, just before their closing time. Staff was very accommodating, answered all my questions, kept watch over my things, and she even gave me local restaurant recommendations afterwards. Thank you!

Thật tuyệt vời, tôi chưa thấy một bãi biển nào đẹp và thơ mộng như thế này. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại tôi nhất định sẽ ghé thăm nơi này.

Hè này mình có dịp đi du lịch biển Đà Nẵng cùng hội bạn, được rủ chơi trò cano kéo phao. Phải nói là sợ hú hồn nhưng sẽ là trải nghiệm đáng nhớ vì quá vui
