A6 Garden- Smokehouse & Craft Beer

The meals would come into the top 5 I have had in Vietnam, i had the brisket which was super tender and the tuna my wife had melted in the mouth. Coupled with some excellent beers we had a fantastic night with super friendly staff, who took time just to talk.

An excellent restaurant with some of the best quality meat I've ever had. The service is outstanding, and the prices are fair and very reasonable. The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! We enjoyed it very much.

Wanted to like this place, but it turned into a bad experience. The brisket was bland and dry. Worse, they served us “grilled” vegetables that were completely inedible. Not only burnt, but cooked on a dirty pan, covered in dry black residue that stuck to everything. We told the waiter and he offered to remake them, but about 10 minutes later the second plate came out the SAME way. burnt again and full of black carbon-like dust. We asked for the bill. The waiter apologized, and I didn’t ask for any discount or explanation, but when I was going to pay, they took the bill again and disappeared for 10 minutes. Then the manager came over, and instead of apologizing he was rude and arrogant, insisting there was nothing wrong with the vegetables, even after I showed him photos and the staff had already acknowledged the issue. Overall, a disappointing and regretful dinner. EDIT: after the manager response, it shows that not only he is very arrogant but also a liar. I LITERALLY DID NOT ask for any discount and asked for the bill and left. I just do not want to eat toxic burnt food, and even less with an attitude...

Food was excellent, service was great, cocktails were delicious! As an australian who eats and cooks a lot of smoked meats, this was of a very high standard with good quality meat! Staff were super fast and friendly and manager even had a chat with us at the end of our meal, was a pleasant experience 10/10

Ordered the beef brisket, Mac and cheese and a beer. Meat was delicious, Mac and cheese ok, tasty beer. It was a pretty expensive meal for the area but good if you are hankering for some good, well cooked meat.

Extremely good food, very welcoming staff. We managed to chat with the owner who explained his amazing story behind his business. The riverside setting is very pretty.

Food was exceptionally! I got the burger and my boyfriend got the beef brisket. Sat out the back watching the boats go up and down the river! Excellent experience!

My wife and I decided to eat some good meat, and all of a sudden, we walked along A6 Smokehouse! We got a table for 2 on the ‘balkony’ outside at the water. Beautiful dishes on the menu, but we were missing the ‘bigger tenderloin’. The owner came to the table and it appeared he has 2 restaurants. We were in the Smokehouse but he also owned a steakhouse a few meters futher down the road. So he provided us the meat menu of the steakhouse. Like wow! We choose - as a starter - the tataki tuna and as main course my wife and I decided to (not equally! 😬😇) split a tenderloin 350grams, medium rare, with the Traditional Argentina Chimicurri. Some wedges as a sidedish and our order was complete. The food - especially the meat and tuna - was of superb quality. We really enjoyed our diner here, the people were very nice and we had a really nice conversation with the owner.

Amazing experience! The steak was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff is incredible—so well coordinated and attentive. You can really feel the great vibe of the place. The Crazy Mexican cocktail was the cherry on top for me—so good! Definitely coming back! 🍸

Smoked Brisket und Ribs steht auf der Werbetafel an der Riverpromenade Fazit: Brisket gibt es eventuell erst morgen 🤔🙈 wurde gesagt nachdem wir Getränke schon geordert hatten und sie auf dem Tisch standen. Der Hinweis hätte mal vorher gesagt werden MÜSSEN!!! Ok dann eben Ribs, Mac&Cheese und Caesar Salad bestellt. Also wenn ich schreibe enttäuschend dann weiss ich von was ich rede. Ribs und das Gemüse dazu kalt und die Ribs definitiv nicht zart, auch die Sosse zu den Ribs viel zu Ketchup lustig. Vllt solltet ihr in Texas noch was zu dem Thema Fleisch und Sossen lernen. Sorry. Caesar Salad optisch ok geschmacklich ist das Dressing weit entfernt. Weinangebot ist klasse auch wie er serviert wurde. Lieber Restaurantbesitzer das war mal nix was hier angeboten wird was das Essen betrifft. Da ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben.

Great service, tasty food and freindly owner came and had a chat about his family, food, how he started. Would definitely go back again. The all you can eat steak was the highlight for our son's entire trip to Vietnam

So so good. Steak is amazing and service is nice too! It's river view and they allow smoking which make drinking nicer. The restraunt has a resident dog adding to its atmosphere charm!

Nice ambiance, by the river. There were some mosquitoes flying when we sat down, the waitress then brought us repellent, which was very considerate. Came here for a drink, tried their beer flight, there were 4 types of beer with decent amount, not bad. The ribs from the table next to us said the ribs were yummy. Will come next time to try the ribs.

Fantastic meal. We had the brisket and some steaks. All cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere also. Would definitely recommend. Great service. 5 Stars guys. Thanks for a great dinner experience
