If you want to be ignored and watch the staff focus only on their own meals instead of serving you – this is the place for you! My visit to this restaurant today completely ruined my mood. I haven’t seen such rudeness in a long time! My boyfriend and I came for lunch. He placed his order about 5 minutes before me since I was in the restroom. When I returned and chose my meal, I couldn’t get the attention of a single waiter – they simply acted like I didn’t exist! His food arrived in about 15 minutes. I ordered a panini and lemonade. The lemonade was served after 10 minutes, but the panini took 40-50 minutes! A simple sandwich with a spread and filling – nothing that takes a long time to prepare! After waiting for a while, we asked about my order. At that moment, right next to us, the waiters were having their lunch. The waitress who took my order sat right beside me, eating for 20 minutes, blatantly ignoring me! When we finally asked again, another waitress ran to check on my order. Turns out, my order was never even sent to the kitchen! The waitress who took it didn’t bother to fix the mistake or even acknowledge it. A few minutes later, they told me that “the kitchen lost my order.” But that wasn’t true – the kitchen simply never received it. Meanwhile, customers who arrived 30 minutes after me had already been served, while the staff continued their relaxed lunch. I have worked as a waitress myself and understand that mistakes happen. But in this case, my drink was brought to me, and the waitress who took my order sat next to me the entire time without a care. That’s simply unacceptable! I hoped the restaurant would at least acknowledge the issue and remove the charge as a sign of apology, but no! I had to pay full price for a panini I waited 50 minutes for, and no one even apologized. Absolutely unacceptable service! Management should seriously reconsider their staff’s engagement in work and regulate their break times and dining areas! Anh ấy đặt món trước tôi khoảng 5 phút vì tôi vào nhà vệ sinh. Khi tôi quay lại và chọn món, tôi không thể gọi được bất kỳ nhân viên nào – họ làm như thể tôi không tồn tại! Món của anh ấy được mang ra sau khoảng 15 phút. Tôi gọi bánh panini và nước chanh. Nước chanh đến sau 10 phút, nhưng bánh panini thì mất 40-50 phút! Chỉ là một chiếc bánh mì đơn giản với nhân – không phải món gì phức tạp hay mất nhiều thời gian để chuẩn bị! Sau một lúc chờ đợi, chúng tôi hỏi về món ăn của tôi. Lúc đó, ngay bên cạnh chúng tôi, nhân viên đang ngồi ăn trưa. Người phục vụ đã nhận đơn của tôi ngồi ngay cạnh tôi, ăn trong 20 phút mà không thèm để ý đến tôi! Cuối cùng khi chúng tôi hỏi lại về đơn hàng, một nhân viên khác chạy đi kiểm tra. Hóa ra, đơn hàng của tôi chưa bao giờ được gửi đến bếp! Người phục vụ nhận đơn không hề cố gắng sửa lỗi hay thậm chí không nói một lời xin lỗi. Vài phút sau, họ nói với tôi rằng “bếp làm mất đơn hàng của tôi.” Nhưng đó không phải sự thật – bếp chưa bao giờ nhận được đơn hàng đó. Trong khi đó, những khách đến sau tôi 30 phút đã nhận được món ăn của họ, còn nhân viên vẫn tiếp tục thoải mái ăn uống. Tôi từng làm nhân viên phục vụ và hiểu rằng đôi khi có sai sót. Nhưng trong trường hợp này, đồ uống của tôi vẫn được mang ra, và người phục vụ nhận đơn ngồi ngay bên cạnh tôi suốt thời gian đó mà không thèm quan tâm. Điều này thật không thể chấp nhận! Tôi hy vọng nhà hàng sẽ nhận trách nhiệm về sự cố này và ít nhất là không tính tiền món ăn đó, nhưng không! Tôi phải trả đủ tiền cho một chiếc bánh panini mà tôi đã chờ đợi 50 phút, và không một ai xin lỗi. Dịch vụ quá tệ! Quản lý cần xem xét lại thái độ làm việc của nhân viên, cũng như quy định về thời gian nghỉ và khu vực ăn uống của họ!

The food is really good and I love it. I frequently dine in or order through Grab. However, I’ve noticed an issue with service. On several occasions, staff haven’t confirmed orders before serving, resulting in my food or drinks being delivered to the wrong table. I clearly know what I ordered, yet received something else while watching my actual order being served to nearby diners. This has led to additional 15-minute waits after already waiting 30 minutes. While I appreciate the quality of your food, please consider improving your order verification process to enhance the overall dining experience. Thank you for your consideration.

Really nice cafe with some incredible great food. Been here several times and the food and service is in top. Can recommend it if you need a healthy and hearty salad or a good coffee ☕️ Price and quality is pretty equal, so you pay a little more for the quality. You can sit inside or outside in comfortable chairs 🪑!

Very nice place for coffee and working I found Eco Green while walking by — the green plants outside looked so nice, I wanted to go in. I had a coffee with oat milk, but they also have coconut milk for vegan drinks. The barista was very kind. They have homemade cookies and many brunch meals. The first floor is great, you can sit outside and watch the street or sit inside and see the coffee bar. You can also work there !! they have power plugs to charge your phone or laptop. The bathroom is clean, and the place is also a hotel. If you stay longer, they give a small discount. I really liked it and recommend it!

I found the place on social media, and found it to be better than I could have ever imagined. I am a person that loves to look for a healthy and organic variant/ option in food, so this place was absolutely ideal!! We went for breakfast in the morning and ordered the chicken bacon avocado toastie and the Egg Bacon Cream Cheese toastie, aswell as a variety of different coffee. Everything was delicious and the perfect size (not too small, but not overwhelmingly big). Even my parents, who have travelled a great amount, considered it to be the BEST BREAKFAST THEY HAVE EVER HAD. The Café has an inside and outside seating area which is great in case of bad weather, and its overall aesthetic is undeniably comforting and comfortable. If you’re ever visiting DaNang, you must pay it a visit- whether breakfast, lunch or dinner- all their options are great and you definitely won’t regret going!!

A good option for breakfast. The food is quite light yet very tasty. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are definitely noticeable. The restaurant's location near the hotel reception is a bit surprising, but it doesn't put us off. It's a convenient place if you're tired of Asian cuisine and want a light European breakfast

Food is great. I eat here and order from the Grab app several times per month. The garlic parmesan chicken salad is good. So are the paninis. The steak salad too. Everything I've tried has been good.

I recently tried a salad that was absolutely delicious. The combination of fresh vegetables, crispy chicken, and a flavorful dressing made it a fantastic meal. The salad was well-balanced, and the ingredients were of high quality. I truly enjoyed it! If you're looking for a tasty salad, I would recommend checking out this restaurant that are known for their fresh and healthy dishes. They often have a wide selection of salads for you to enjoy. Dont forget, the service was also excellent! The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made me feel welcome. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received

We had breakfast here. I had eggs Benedict to my husband had poached eggs on toast both had avocado and bacon.Coffee was great. Food presentation was fantastic. But. The our breakfast come out cold and the eggs were under cooked/sloppy. Our avocado felt like it was pulled straight out of the fridge on top of our bread making the toast cold and sloppy. We asked for our breakfast to be heated up but it was still cold. Will definitely have another coffee here but won’t have breakfast here.

Dreamy lunch!! 🥗 if you’re craving healthy & fresh food this is the place. The prawn salad was so delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed the baguette options :) very quiet atmosphere

They were overwhelmingly busy, so service was slow. My wife and I both had apple cranberry salad with chicken, which was very good. Unfortunately the coffee was lousy. Was not really hot and was very bitter not enjoyable like a good Vietnamese coffee. I would’ve given them a five stars but the coffee caused me to give them a four star

This place was so good, we came twice! Honestly the best salad I have ever had in my life. The cafe is beautiful and the staff are just lovely. Highly recommended 👌

The omelet was a bit too sweet for our taste. The big breakfast was generous, but the sausage and bacon could be better.

Wir haben uns morgens auf die obere Terasse , die mit Planzen dekoriert ist, mit schönem Ausblick auf die Innenstadt gesetzt und uns das English Breakfast und Cozy Brunch bestellt. Dazu noch 2 erfrischende Coldbrew Teas im Lemonade Ginger und Passion Fruit Geschmack. Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und die Portionen ordentlich großzügig. Wer ins Eco Green Cafe geht, bekommt hier eine super Auswahl an gesunden und schmackhaften Gerichten ; das Menü variiert alle paar Monate!

Sweet little cafe we stumbled upon while looking for a quick bite for dinner. After traveling Vietnam and Cambodia for 3 weeks it was nice to have a meal that resembled western food (although we have overall enjoyed the local cuisine). We ordered French fries, Honey cheesy sandwich and pasta with pesto. All food was delicious 😋. The only reason I gave 3 start for the atmosphere was because the cafe is located in the small lobby of a hotel. The do offer outdoor seating which provides a bit more atmosphere. We will be back to try the coffee and cookies 😉. We had already started eating so no photo of the pasta.

Dieses Lokal ist sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem für Leute, die auf eine gesunde Ernährung wert legen. Ich war täglich dort. Besonders lecker war der Steak Feta Salat.

I Have have eaten breakfast here before and enjoyed it. I decided to go back and try the pasta dishes for Dinner wow they tasted great cook perfect, I ordered the Berry shake as well. Very clean tasty food, the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be returning to try other menu items.

Ordered the pumpkin soup. Came out with a hard crust - obviously sitting on the plate for quite some time to form this crust. I sent it back then they tried to refuse my refund. Finally resolved. Other food ordered was ok. But not sure how this place has a high rating. 1st & last time for me

This is one of our favourite breakfast spots in Da Nang! We love all their toasts especially the egg bacon cream cheese and the shrimp pesto. The salads are also very delicious — large portions and good quality ingredients. The staff are always friendly. Highly recommend!
