Quán bán bia hư, vẫn thu tiền đủ. Bạn mình giới thiệu quán bán bia ngon lắm. Nhưng hôm qua, ngay ngụm đầu tiên mình đã biết bia có vấn đề. Mình kêu thử ly bia loại khác thì bia cũng bị hư y chang. Thiếu độ lạnh, màu đục khác lạ, đặc biệt vị lên men như bị thối, không hề có chút tươi mát của bia thủ công lên men trái cây. Chủ quán thừa nhận do tủ lạnh hư nên nhiệt độ lạnh không đủ, ảnh hưởng vị bia. Không hiểu sao điều cơ bản của kinh doanh là không thu tiền những ly bia hư, vậy mà quán cũng không biết. Chủ quán chỉ xin lỗi, tặng voucher. Ôi với cách tính tiền tận thu này, ai còn quay lại nữa mà tặng voucher😂 Đôi lần mình cũng từng gặp tình trạng bia có vấn đề khi uống nhiều quán craft beer, nhưng chỉ cần biết bia hư, chủ quán đều xin lỗi và đề nghị bù ngay ly loại khác. Tất nhiên sẽ không ai tính tiền ly bia hư. Quá buồn cho cách kinh doanh của quán. Bái baiiii
