If you want a good Cappuccino don’t bother going there. Ordered 3 times, hoping it gets better but no. Cappuccino is boiling!! Whoever makes them, burns the milk so bad that you cannot drink it for at least 45 min.😂
Is this a cafe or a Digital Workspace’? Often full and congested, mostly with remote digital workers, many of whom are taking up tables designed for 4 to 5 people. Resulting in regular walk in customers often being left without a table and having to wait for a table to become free. I have also noticed (more than once) that the general tidiness/cleanliness of this cafe is often below standard. This is unacceptable, especially when there are several members of staff present! I honestly believe that the company policy makers need to review their business plan for attracting and retaining walk in customers.

Không gian đẹp, sạch sẽ và được chăm chút khá kỹ. Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng với thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên: nhiệt tình, lịch sự, nhanh nhẹn và rất thân thiện. Dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp, mọi thứ được chuẩn bị chu đáo, tạo cảm giác thoải mái ngay từ khi đến. Vị trí Trần Hưng Đạo cũng thuận tiện, dễ tìm. Một địa điểm có không gian tốt – dịch vụ chỉn chu – nhân viên có tâm. Trải nghiệm thực tế rất hài lòng và chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại khi có dịp. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 sao xứng đáng, rất đáng để trải nghiệm và giới thiệu cho bạn bè!
Hầu hết các cửa hàng cafe HL đều bị tình trạng internet chập chờn, và tôi đã chuyển sang sử dụng sóng 5G cũng bị tình trạng tương tự, nghĩa là nơi này đc trang bị các lớp kính cách âm dày và gây ra tình trạng sóng bị yếu. Nếu bạn cần sóng ổn định để làm việc hoặc giải trí chơi game, đây là nơi không nên đến!

mình là grap vào lấy đơn, xe khách nào cũng che yên xe, mình hỏi bảo vệ nắng vậy sao chú không che giúp xe con với, cha già bảo về nói , mi là grap k dc che, chỉ khách vô ngồi mới dc che, vậy là grap vs khách vô lấy đơn với mua đồ về là không dc che yên xe, dm làm bảo vệ như chó canh cửa mà ăn nói cái mồm thúi quắc.

The eatery is located in the Azuza building right next to the Han River Bridge. It is small, with an upper floor and a garden yard. The place is quite quiet, mostly tourists and foreign customers. In the morning or at dusk, sitting in the garden or on the second floor, you can view the Han River and people passing by. Drinks follow standard recipes, prices are almost unchanged across the system. There are pastries and breadsticks. The decoration style is quite simple, modern. Parking is quite difficult to find because it is located right on the tourist route, near hotels and Wincom, so many service vehicles are waiting for customers.
If I'm not mistaken, every time I order Highland delivery, it comes in a paper bag with a cardboard cup holder inside to prevent spills. This morning, I ordered from HL Azura to be delivered to my company. When the Grab driver delivered it, I felt sorry looking at the two cups. I don't understand how HL could send them out so bare like this, especially since it was delivered by motorbike, not a car, so aren't they afraid of the drinks spilling due to bumps?

I often buy Highlands with vouchers. Usually, at other branches, they ask if I want to use the remaining voucher balance to buy pastries or something. But at Azura, I bought a bill of 165k and there was still leftover money. I said to wait a moment to see if there were any pastries, but the staff immediately printed the bill and handed it to me. Maybe they didn't hear me, but they didn't even ask if I needed anything before printing?! If I wanted to buy more, the voucher would no longer be applicable :)

I think it's better than Starbucks when comparing price and taste. Compared to the Highlands I went to in Hoi An, there was a difference in service attitude, but maybe that's because I got takeout? It was great because it cost less than 20,000 won for 4 cups.
