We came back of the fish pond. They make you buy the fish feed and then the fish don’t eat it. My son was disappointed. We also came I guess at a time they are not fully set up.

Tệ, quá tệ, chưa bao giờ đi một cái quán tệ đến như thế! Bộ quán không muốn làm ăn nữa hả? Toàn chuột, chuột uống nước trên bàn, nhân viên thì “ê ê” với khách, ném đồ lên bàn khách, chưa nói đến ngành dịch vụ đã muốn chửi thẳng vào mặt rồi. Nhà vệ sinh mùi kinh khủng. Nhiều khu vực của bụi bặm, toàn rác lá phủ, lộn xộn. Lần đầu viết 1 bài viết chê đến mức vậy, không thể chấp nhận được!!!!

The restaurant has few staff; one staff member was so engrossed in their phone that they didn't even turn around when called. The restaurant is spacious, and the counter is quite far away, so having to run over every time you need something is a bit tiring. Won't come back a second time.

cool and suitable for this hot weather

Having experienced both day and night, I think I have encountered many staff members of the restaurant. I don't know how the manager or owner trains them, but I truly feel the service is very poor. Customers order while they still hold their phones, respond superficially, and their faces look like they want to drive customers away. Apart from the service quality, everything else is very good. To have such a good location and decoration like this, I think the owner has put a lot of heart into it. I sincerely hope Nến will soon improve so the restaurant can operate better. Thank you.

Nến Garden Cafe is truly a green oasis in the heart of Da Nang. The space is elegantly designed with lush green gardens, a shimmering Koi fish pond, and romantic decorative details, creating a wonderful sense of relaxation. The drinks here are very diverse, from traditional coffee to milk teas and fruit juices, all skillfully prepared and beautifully presented. Especially, the evening ambiance with flickering candlelight adds to the charm of the cafe. The service staff is always friendly and attentive. However, sometimes during peak hours, the quality of drinks may not be consistently stable, requiring more attention to ensure every cup is perfect. To enhance the customer experience, Nến Garden Cafe could try the Tuneast app. With Tuneast, the cafe can create its own music space where customers can easily choose and vote for their favorite songs, making the atmosphere more lively and personalized, while also being able to play special wishes along with the songs.

The space is quite chill, airy, beautifully decorated, eye-catching, drinks are okay, but I don't quite agree when the menu has milk tea and smoothies but in reality they don't have them. Wishing the shop to improve better.

Fresh milk with black sugar tapioca pearls but they made white tapioca pearls with extra black sugar 🙂, I've been drinking for a while and just discovered there's a fly.

The local cafe atmosphere is nice. Ordering a drink upon entry is mandatory.

The space is okay, but the eatery hasn't managed the smell, which affects the atmosphere inside.

The menu has many choices, the restaurant has a fairly large garden with a Koi fish pond. There are many views for taking photos, but there are also a few corners that have not been updated much, so they look a bit old.

The water is okay, we sat from 2pm to 5pm, which was a bit long, so the staff were annoyed and showed it openly. The restroom was smelly and dirty.

The restaurant is large, spacious, and beautiful, but the staff at the counter have an attitude like they're superior or something. They speak to customers in a dismissive manner and have a displeased expression on their faces. The restaurant needs to review this.

The coffee shop has deteriorated, you guys don't bother to clean up, it's dirty and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The drinks are not tasty and the prices are relatively high as well.

This place has seen its ups and downs 😆 changed its name many times. Drinks are average, nothing special, but the price is as expensive as places in the city center. Going during the day on weekends, it's crowded but lacks fans; the sun beats down from above, few fans below, and with the crowd, it's noisy and hot. Going at night, there are mosquitoes, lots and lots of mosquitoes. There's a fish pond; when it rains, it's damp and smelly, tables and chairs get wet, and the staff doesn't bother to put them away or change them for customers. Lucky I live far away, so I don't come often 😆

The menu is very diverse, from coffee to milk tea and fruit drinks, every item is delicious and beautifully decorated. The staff are very cheerful, attentive, and enthusiastic. This place has both indoor and garden areas. There is a fish pond and statue painting for kids. The garden is quite cool and airy because of many large shady trees. It's quite crowded in the morning, so drinks take a bit long. Prices are reasonable, and they also sell snacks and candies for kids. Suitable for families and friends.

Stepping into the candle cafe, I felt as if I had wandered into another world, a shimmering, magical world with thousands of flickering candles. The warm golden light from the candles reflected on the lush green leaves, creating an incredibly romantic atmosphere. The small, lovely tables were meticulously decorated, accompanied by melodious music, making me feel relaxed and peaceful. This cafe is truly an ideal place for a date or simply to enjoy a quiet evening.
