Reasonable price for milk tea, the taste is also okay, but the attitude of the staff is still not good, especially the staff member named Tien.

This afternoon I went to the shop and ordered a special green Thai drink, and I asked the staff to put less ice, so of course the cup would be smaller, which is fine, no problem. But I also noted no flan, thinking the shop would compensate with other toppings to match the price, but no :))) They brought out a cup with only 3 or 4 pieces of topping, no flan, no compensation at all, just half a small cup. I asked the staff, and they said the shop doesn't compensate for these things. I forgot to take a photo. Definitely won't come back.

The restaurant plays music a bit loud. When it's crowded, turn the music down a little so people can talk.

Let me be direct with the waitress with full blonde hair working the afternoon shift on March 8, 2026, today ^^ Around 3:15 PM, I arrived and ordered drinks. The first thing that should have happened was greeting the customer, but she didn't do that. Instead, she just dropped the menu on the table for me to pick up and choose? After I ordered, she immediately SNATCHED THE MENU AND WENT STRAIGHT DOWNSTAIRS? Even my friend sitting right next to me saw it, I'm not exaggerating. She also DID NOT INFORM me that the drinks were being prepared or say anything at all? Furthermore, later another group came up to the 3rd floor to drink, and she also came up (not carrying drinks but bringing a QR code payment machine). The person who brought my drink was a male waiter. I INITIATIVELY ASKED TO PAY, but the female waitress glanced at the male waiter and told him to GO DOWNSTAIRS? Let me ask, is a server allowed to be so brazen with customers like that? Meanwhile, I'm the one paying to use your service and drink here? This female waitress went down the stairs twice, and both times she showed a clearly annoyed expression and GLARED AT US. Not to mention she spoke curtly and in a tone that was more like lecturing than serving customers. I've been drinking here since the early days of opening because it's near my home, but this is the first time an employee has been so rude. Her attitude toward me from start to finish—I'm also a person with manners, so at least do things properly. Don't let one individual affect the entire reputation of the shop, okay? You're just an employee, but do you think you're the boss and can act superior to anyone with that sour face? Even if you're a new employee, basic rules of conduct still apply, right? I've worked in coffee shops before, so I know enough to understand that treating customers like that is disgraceful. This is the first time I've given such a bad review, and I hope it's the last. Thank you for making my March 8th the worst it could be ^^

I ordered a full cheese milk tea, which I usually get with cheese pearls and salty cheese topping because I drink this often and the picture also shows those two toppings, but they put different jelly in and didn't hear the staff say or notify anything about my milk tea, unprofessional service, I drank this milk tea which was white fungus and salty cheese. Advantage: the drink came out quickly.

I've been here a few times. The staff here are quite friendly and enthusiastic - they even let me charge my phone. The drinks are served quite quickly and suit my taste.

Working here for a long time, a bunch of employees just stood around waiting for 20 minutes, still haven't gotten a cup of milk tea with shaken sweet potatoes, and it took half an hour. Close the damn shop down.

The female server has a cute voice. The egg pudding is quite delicious. Will visit on the next trip to Da Nang.

The place here is spacious, beautiful, and airy. But the prices have also reached a new high, no longer as affordable as before. Sitting and drinking to chill is okay, but buying to take away feels expensive. A cup of oolong milk tea is 32k (just the milk tea) + 12k for cheese ball topping. (8 tiny balls) 😀

I've been to many Bông eateries, but this branch's drinks are too bad, the coconut water is too sweet, the milk tea is too bland.

The restaurant is quiet. My friend and I chose the 3rd floor to chat, as it's almost free of noise. The view from the 3rd floor overlooking the sunset scenery is also very beautiful. As for the drinks here, they are the same as other Bông restaurants, so I won't say more.

The worst branch! Missing many dishes, the drink cup is not pressed and has no lid? The water is bad and the staff is poor.
