I came back from eating so annoyed that I had to leave a review immediately. It was really bad and terrible. I went there on the evening of this Wednesday. I ordered avocado butter salad rice paper rolls, but what was served was rice paper rolls only with fried shallots, no herbs at all. On top, they drizzled butter, added a few pieces of dried beef and mango. The mango slices were huge. Next, the mixed rice paper was mixed a long time ago, chewy, and stuck together. Very few toppings. Honestly, the mixed rice paper at the foot of Tran Thi Ly Bridge is even better. I think if the shop hires advertising to get people to come and review, then when customers come, they should make it like the advertisement. Here, the video shows one thing, but in reality it's another—how is that different from deceiving customers? The only saving grace was the glass of ambarella juice, which was okay. That's it. 1.5/5 stars. It was so bad that I lost the mood to take photos; I only have a few photos taken before eating as evidence.

Just went to buy a 15k banh mi, not sure if it was a mistake or what, but inside there was only butter, nothing else inside. Overall, it was bad.

Everyone shouldn't try it, I went once and said goodbye immediately, the price is student level so the quality is also student level. Terribly bad.

The staff's attitude is unpleasant towards customers (the white-skinned girl). Every time I come to buy, their face is very unpleasant. First, I came to buy and intended to buy additional items with rice paper and said I would pay extra, but the staff was very unpleasant, and it's the same every 10 times. Second, customers always have a frown on their faces when they arrive!!!! I buy and pay properly. I hope the owner reads this and retrains the attitude when serving customers. Whatever is said, the rice paper is very delicious!!!!!!!!

Making the order is fast, the milk tea is a bit too sweet, the cheese cream on top is also very sweet (personally I think so). The space is a bit cramped.

All dishes are delicious. The female owner is friendly. I ordered a 2m-long cake, but she said just eat a normal cake because ordering 2m would be too much. And it's true. The shop is too rich, so it becomes overwhelming, haha. Next to her shop, there is a spicy stir-fried chicken feet shop that is delicious and flavorful. So order some more to eat.

The shop has a small space, just on the sidewalk. The owners serve very warmly and cheerfully. However, the menu has changed and no longer matches the photos on Google Maps. I found the Taiwan black tea too sweet for me and not very fragrant with tea flavor, probably because there was a lot of jelly affecting it; after the ice melted, it was drinkable. The milk tea has a strong tea flavor and is very fragrant. The food prices here are cheap. Two medium-sized drinks total 40k.

The eatery does not allow dine-in, the staff are snobbish, they don't care about customers, the food is bad, not like the reviews, quite expensive. The attitude of the staff is extremely poor.

✅ Advantages: Delicious avocado rice paper, cheap price. ❌ Disadvantages: None ---Details--- 🏠 The eatery is located on the front of Phan Anh Street, opposite a wide sidewalk, convenient for parking motorbikes, cars can park on the street. 🏠 The eatery is casual, with indoor seating (no air conditioning) and outdoor seating (with a roof). The eatery uses low plastic tables and chairs. 🥞 The eatery sells snacks and milk tea, with a generally sweet flavor. I like the Avocado Rice Paper the most, the rich sweet avocado flavor suits this dish. However, I find that using this avocado for the Avocado Bread (Chicken Bread) is not tasty, and it also lacks Sour Papaya. I also tried the Mixed Rice Paper but was not impressed. 💰 The prices are quite cheap, about 20k per person is enough for a snack session. 🌟 The eatery is suitable for late afternoon snacking. 🕛 The review was written after buying takeaway on March 27, 2022.
