How is Starbucks sold out of brewed coffee at 10:30 Saturday morning?
The AC is not cold enough, in fact inside side of Starbucks is hotter than outside of the shopping mall. Their AC is also dripping TONS of water drops on us and our food. Their food making is also slow, takes them 30+mins to make a coffee. The floor and tables are dirty and wet even after half an hour still have no worker come to clean it all. Horrible experience

Staff friendly and efficient as is the atmosphere. I had coffee and cake which was very tasty. It was very busy so best to get there early to get a seat 🪑

Наличными расчет невозможен. Для туристов это не удобно! Пришлось просить посетителей заплатить картой в обмен за наличные. В остальном всё вкусно. Классный свежий пончик и освежающие напитки. Понравилось кофе из соленой карамели. Внутри кондиционер.
Mình ghé Starbucks Đà Nẵng trong chuyến du lịch và khá hài lòng. Không gian rộng, sạch sẽ, máy lạnh mát, thích hợp ngồi thư giãn hoặc làm việc. Đồ uống đúng vị quen thuộc của Starbucks, nhân viên thân thiện và phục vụ nhanh. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.
Starbucks nay cũng tiết kiệm tiền điện nữa à? Khách vào từ 8h12p mà mãi đến tận 9h6p sau khi được khách nhắc lần 2 mới chịu bật điều hoà giữa thời tiết nóng 40 độ. Lần 1 nhắc lúc 8h30 vẫn không thấy bật. Đúng ra với 1 thương hiệu như Starbucks 1 là bật điều hoà trước khi nhận khách, 2 là khách vào là tự giác bật điều hoà chứ không nên để khách phải nhắc nhở vấn đề này. Mình là khách quen uống không biết bao nhiêu lần ở đây rồi mà hôm nay thấy dịch vụ khá tệ. Trong khi nhân viên sáng nay cũng đông tầm 4 người.
