Standard coffee with reasonable price. The service was very very slow. The staffs seem confuse with the order. They made wrong order for 2-3 customers which made more confusion and slowwwwww

Why is the air conditioner being turned off while customers are still seated?
Clean and beautiful space, friendly staff, and very delicious drinks. I like the golden lotus tea and freeze at Highlands the most, the taste is consistent every time I visit. The shop has cool air conditioning, suitable for studying, working, or meeting friends. Will definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
For drinks with ice, you have to scoop out some ice. The music is too loud; I told the staff to turn it down, but they said they couldn't turn it down ????? Seriously, they really can't adjust it🙂

The shop's wifi is terrible, the worst among all the shops I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, there are both praises and criticisms.
The attitude of the service staff is not good
I ordered the PhìnDi milk cream but the filling was too sweet and hard to drink. I asked for a little more coffee but the staff showed an unpleasant attitude. So disappointed with the service attitude of the staff of a big brand like Highland.
What I like about Highlands is the consistency in the flavor of their drinks. The coffee is strong but not harsh, quite easy to drink. The shop space is spacious, modern, suitable for both working and meeting friends.
The staff's attitude and service were not good: after bringing water, they threw the straw onto the tray in front of the customer.
I came in to order with a free code, and the staff showed their attitude and made things difficult. When leaving, they even gave a side-eye :)) The drinks have a bit too much ice. The older staff member was friendly and enthusiastic.

Friday evening, November 29, 2025, at the Nguyen Van Linh branch, a female order taker had a bad attitude (pouted) when I ordered a 39k drink. Moreover, I ordered a drink I liked but was served a different one, and that drink was naturally terrible.
