Enttäuschend. Wir waren gegen 15:30 hier, und waren die einzigen Gäste. Der obere Bereich ist ganz nett mit einer großen Auswahl an Spielzeug, aber die meisten Sachen sind beschädigt oder einfach nicht in einem guten Zustand. Generell deprimierende Atmosphäre. Service ist leider nicht gut. Die Kellnerinnen waren die gesamte Zeit am Handy oder spielten etwas miteinander. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es ab 16 Uhr essen gebe. Daran musste ich aber nochmal nach einiger Wartezeit erinnern, dann bestellten sie etwas zu essen von irgendwoher. Insgesamt zu teuer für was man bekommt.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was safe and organized. Their food and drinks were also great — delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with options for both adults and kids. I really appreciated how parents could enjoy a good cup of coffee while watching their children play nearby. Overall, Namto Premium Kids Cafe is a fantastic place for a fun family outing. Highly recommended for parents looking for a high-quality indoor play space with great service and atmosphere!

This cafe is good for kids too. My daughter liked it. Very clean. There was a minimum order for food plus 50,000 VND per child. The food wasn't that great unfortunately, needs more healthy options for our kiddos.

We have been here many times and enjoy it. Even though it’s not as big and with lots of toys like other places in the city side, it’s not crazily busy and overwhelmed (especially during the weekend). Food is also really good.

I found this place on Google while trying to find a spot for my family and kids to rest in Da Nang at noon while waiting for our flight time. First impression: the place is beautiful and incredibly cool. Especially suitable for children. My kids loved playing from the moment they arrived and didn't want to leave. The staff are super adorable, enthusiastic, and warm. The food and drinks are delicious. Overall, my whole family is extremely satisfied. All 5 stars as a sincere thank you to the restaurant for the perfect service style for my family from noon to afternoon ♥️🥰

60 per hour. Not a large space. Compact. The place is more suitable for visiting as a cafe rather than a playground. You sit in the cafe and the child is busy with something.

Great place for children

Namto Premium Kids Cafe is a perfect choice for families with young children in Da Nang. The space is vibrant, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, harmoniously combining a safe, clean play area for kids and a relaxation zone for parents. Children can freely explore with various physical games such as slides, ball pits, climbing walls, or role-play as chefs and in a mini supermarket. The food and drink menu is diverse and beautifully presented; however, one area for improvement is adding more healthy meal options to meet children's nutritional needs. The cafe could consider using Tuneast to optimize the music experience. With Tuneast, Namto Premium Kids Cafe can easily create and schedule playlists suitable for each play area or special events like children's birthdays, while also allowing parents to send wishes through music, creating more memorable moments.

The eatery has deteriorated too much, upgrade it, eatery. EVERYTHING HAS DETERIORATED

Small coffee shop, drinks are also ordinary, nothing special. A bit surprised by the ticket price for the amusement area here, 1 hour/60k is too expensive😟 …

First time going to a coffee shop in an entertainment area that charges by the hour for playing, already bought drinks + food but still charged extra for playing service fee. Objectively speaking, the owner probably thinks customers are money trees, well, won't meet again next time.

Ticket price for children is calculated by the hour. I don't remember clearly, it's 50k/hour. The decoration is beautiful, lots of toys.

Compared to other places we've been, the space here is a bit small, but on the plus side, it's very cool and most of the toys are still new. The staff are friendly. The play fee is charged by the hour, and the food and drinks are reasonably priced in my opinion. My kid didn't want to leave.

Went there for lunch and to kill time in the afternoon. It's quiet and nice on weekday mornings. The place isn't large. Average 50,000 VND per person. Adults must order drinks. Coffee is about 40,000 VND. The food is generally tasty, but takes very long. Even though we were the only customers, it took 30 minutes for three dishes to come out. I recommend ordering in advance.

This is our 3rd visit to Namto. Not so many places like Namto Kids Cafe in Đà Nẵng for kids to play while parents can enjoy a cup of coffee at weekend: Clean, safe, friendly. Some things need to be fixed / replaced to ensure maximum safety for kids and the value customers receive as premium as its naming “Namto Premium”.

Clean space, children's toys are well sanitized. Drinks and bibimbap are delicious

The toys are starting to deteriorate, the drinks are very delicious. We ordered avocado and a detox drink, both were great and not too sweet. The weekend play fee is 60k/hour, which I find a bit high; drinks average 60k.

Coming to Namto Phuoc Truong on Sunday, last time I only went with my two kids, so the cashier at the counter near the door informed me that the fee for children to play is 60k/hour and drinks are ordered separately. Okay, because the space is cozy and the drinks are fine. But the most recent time, my husband and I went with our child, the cashier asked, 'Have you been here before?' I said yes, and after we found a seat, another staff member brought the menu. I ordered one coffee, then that staff member said, 'Our restaurant's rule is that two adults must order two drinks.' I asked, 'Is there such a rule?' even though I had already ordered a drink and paid the 60k/hour fee for the child to play. I was quite dissatisfied because my husband felt forced to drink even though his stomach wasn't feeling well. I suggest that if the restaurant has a rule that two adults must order two drinks, they should inform customers before they sit down to avoid confusion.

Drinks and food are okay, high price

The eatery is both cramped and expensive, and even charges for small items. The eatery requires accompanying adults to order drinks. The drinks are both expensive and bad. Da Nang has many spacious eateries with cheaper service fees and more dedicated staff.

The play area is also small and limited; 60k per hour is too expensive. I took two kids to play at noon, usually staying for 2-3 hours because of the hot sun, so it's 180k per child, but there are few games, not worth it. Drink prices are also high, around 50-60k.

I really like the space here. 10 points. Especially the drink quality, the food is delicious. The kids have fun, parents are relaxed and also get to eat and drink well. A bit far from the center.
