The chicken Pho was good, it's just not my favorite style. Greasy broth and soft noodles. The uncle making the bowls has some questionable hygiene practices. Old shop, nice staff, lots of parking out front, and great prices.

Phở Cồ is a traditional pho dish that hails from the region of Nam Dinh. The pho noodles served here possess a delightful softness and chewiness. The broth, meticulously prepared from carefully selected beef bones, exudes a clear and natural essence, deriving its sweetness from the rich marrow, rather than relying on artificial flavour enhancers like MSG. The beef itself is remarkably flavourful, retaining its tenderness without being overly crumbly. Despite ordering a small sized bowl of pho priced at just VND 25.000, I was surprised by the amount of brisket beef generously placed in my bowl by the owner. Meanwhile, my husband opted for a bowl of pho adorned with brisket and beef meatballs (VND 30.000). He thoroughly enjoyed the distinct flavour of the beef meatballs, although personally, I found them to be average.
In my opinion, this is Da Nang's best-kept secret! The best pho I've ever eaten in Vietnam. Fresh, delicious, full of local flavor, served by a lovely and friendly family. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Mở khuya. Nước dùng đậm đà. Thịt tươi, chất lượng. Mình ăn phở nhiều nơi nhưng vẫn thấy ở đây là có hương vị khác với hầu hết quán phở ở Đà Nẵng. Chỉ có điều là quán hơi nhỏ.
Mình đến đây ăn trong một lần tình cờ do người bạn giới thiệu, và quyết định mua thêm một phần về cho vợ luôn :) Xem cái miệng thằng bạn hóng ăn "phê" thế là biết ngon rồi :))

I have to admit that the pho here is really delicious, everyone. I am from the Central region and rarely eat pho, but since I came to this eatery and had one large bowl, oh my, the feeling is indescribable—I just want to eat more and eat forever.
