At first when it opened, it seemed okay. It's getting worse and worse. The toilet is very smelly. The owner must be neglecting it too much. Our group used to sit here often, but now we have to go elsewhere. The eatery is a bit shabby.
I went in the afternoon, the shop wasn't crowded, service was fast, no attitude at all. The shop is a franchise, the coffee taste is the same as other Milano shops, so no comment. The shop space is airy, lots of fans, has parking space. The menu price I posted in the picture.
Why is this restaurant's service so bad? The drinks take too long to come out, and when I want to pay, I call out repeatedly but no one comes.
