Hi! Mình ko biết là vấn đề ko mở điều hòa khi không có khách là từ đâu , nhưng mình là người đi mua và sử dụng dịch vụ , dù có một khách cũng phải mở điều hòa , mình nhận lại 1 câu nói của nv "vì ít khách nên không mở điều hòa ". Trời thì nóng bỏ tiền ra để chuốc thêm cái nóng vào người ?Vừa bước vào đã thấy nóng hừng hực . ( đã rời đi sau khi nghe nv nói câu trên ) , chắc không dám đến nữa vì mỗi lần đi rất ít người .thanks

Thật không thể chấp nhận được, 1 cái quán lớn như vậy mà không có nỗi 1 cái điều hòa? Vừa bước chân vào không khác gì cái lò vi sóng, gặp ngay NV bảo ít khách ko mở điều hòa, trong khi đi 4 người? Hay là mỗi lần ra quán phải kéo theo cả họ hàng, bà con ra uống mới bật điều hòa? Xin phép bỏ địa chỉ ra khỏi ghi chú 🙂

Staff attitude is flippant and disrespectful to customers. Doing business poorly: a sting energy drink costs 33k while a cheese cream milk tea costs 32k — the shop has crazy pricing. When making milk tea, they pour it up and down (I accidentally saw it), not sure about food safety. Just going through the motions.

A study cafe that doesn't give free filtered water when asked???

The restaurant is not up to standard, the staff is poor, they only know how to serve after being told several times, the seating area is dirty, not thoroughly cleaned, and there are even cockroaches.

The service did not bring water to the guests, even though there were 2 staff members, which is not few. Usually they bring it even when it's busy, but today it was quiet and they didn't bring it. One staff member had a condescending attitude.

5/12/2025 first time coming to this eatery, ordered drinks and encountered staff with a sarcastic attitude toward customers, looking extremely annoying but thinking they were funny

The shop's atmosphere is pleasant, drinks are reasonably priced from 30k VND upwards, strong wifi, fast service. I ordered a cup of cheese milk tea for 32k VND: good cheese, lots of tapioca pearls, lots of jelly. Fully equipped with amenities. Will come back many times 🫰

Just taking a lunch break, but the staff is noisier than a market, and on top of that, there's no air conditioning. Hope the shop reads this and improves.

The eatery is very spacious with many seating options to choose from. The prices are reasonable, I will support the eatery for a long time.

The restaurant is very disappointing. I ordered taro milk tea but they brought out exactly the traditional milk tea, the drink tastes bland, and the room has a bad smell. The facilities are poor. In general, you should not sit in this restaurant to study.
