The restaurant's decor is very beautiful, the two young staff members are enthusiastic and lovely, but it's a bit empty, I don't understand why.

This is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, especially in the evening when the lights shimmer on the pond. The drinks here are quite good, from coffee to blended ice drinks, all easy to drink, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The shop also has a small play area for children, very convenient for families. One point that Cafe Chipi could consider is upgrading the facilities, especially some seating areas that have shown signs of deterioration over time. Also, on hot sunny days, the shop could improve the cooling system or provide shade to ensure customers always feel comfortable. To enrich the customer experience, Cafe Chipi could integrate Tuneast into the shop's entertainment system. Imagine customers sipping their drinks while personally choosing their favorite songs to play in this green space, even sending messages along with the song. This would certainly increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
