Currently under renovation it looks like, tried going today.
There is an indoor area with AC, but you probably won't need it because the cafe is shaded and there are plenty of fans. Mostly Vietnamese men smoking and playing games on their phones but the cafe is spacious, so you can usually find a smoke-free area. There are some high tables and plugs for those wanting to work/study. Friendly service.

A spacious coffee shop with good machine-brewed coffee. Reasonable prices. Suitable for sipping a cup of coffee in the morning before going to work.
The milk tea and smoothies here are delicious
The coffee shop is quite clean, cool, and the drinks are reasonably priced. Although the shop is simply built, the decoration is quite beautiful.
