Spacious and airy, okay
The restaurant has a fairly spacious and airy atmosphere, and the staff are enthusiastic. However, I received a 55k lemon black tea that was full of ice. I know that's the standard serving, but lately I feel that Phuc Long's drinks are no longer as good as before. I will still come to support, but I will consider choosing a different drink.

Fast and polite service, the security guards are cute and enthusiastic. It was a hot sunny day, I stopped by for takeout, but they still helped cover the motorbike seat.

Ordered a glass of water with jelly but was given this small straw, how am I supposed to drink it. Maybe the staff doesn't understand the item, and on top of that, waited over 10 minutes to receive this glass
Occasionally drinking PL milk tea again feels much better than other brands, but still not as good as before 😞

Especially the manager here is extremely dedicated, observant, and provides thorough support to customers, so the vibe of the shop is always stable. The space is clean, suitable for chilling or meeting deadlines.
