Khi order hay yêu cầu hỗ trợ thì mặt nặng mày nhẹ, thậm chí nhờ lấy ghế cho khách cũng bảo tự lấy, trong khi quán lúc đó không hề đông. Thái độ phục vụ như vậy làm trải nghiệm kém đi rất nhiều.

Hôm nay mình trải nghiệm thật tệ về thái độ bạn nhân viên phục vụ nữ ! Mình ngồi 15p bảo bạn ấy dọn bàn . Bạn ấy lại đi lun vào trong . Mình oder đồ ăn thì gần 30p mới có đồ ăn . Mình có hỏi bạn ấy sao lâu thế ! Mà vẻ mặt bạn ấy rất ko tôn trọng khách hàn rất là kiểu như đông quá có mày hay không không quan trọng ! Mình có oder thêm phomai cho món tobok ki . Trong menu rõ ràng là có . Bạn ấy nói ko có bán . Chán cho bạn nữ thái độ phục vụ rất tệ . Nhưng mình rất thông cảm cho quán 🥲 nên quán xem lại thái độ của bạn ấy đối với khách hàng🥹
