My's Coffee is a famous cafe near the bus station, with a spacious, airy space and many private areas. Good coffee, reasonable prices, suitable for group meetings or relaxation. However, the second floor can be a bit hot and the shop is quite crowded during peak hours.

Cafe sua da was delicious. Not sure what free tea they serve here but it's delicious! We were told it was tra lai, but we can't find it anywhere where it smells and tastes as good as this!

Average eatery. Sitting on the 2nd floor is quite hot and stuffy.
The restaurant is suitable for group meetings on the second floor. On the first floor, the atmosphere is warm and beautiful but too noisy. The drinking water experience is average, not too bad but not very special either. The parking area is spacious, but on busy days, finding a spot is a bit difficult. I usually go to school, so I don't have photos, but I will update photos next time hehe.
