K2 Cafe & Car Service

I visited K2 Coffee and Car Wash recently and had a generally pleasant experience, but I did want to point out a small issue that hopefully can be improved. I ordered a drink specifically without ice, as I’m quite sensitive to cold drinks. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it came with ice, which was disappointing. I politely reminded the staff, and while they did apologise, it was clear that it had simply been forgotten by the bartender. It wasn't a huge problem, but it did affect my enjoyment of the drink that day. That said, I really want to highlight the positive aspects of my visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the moment I arrived until I left. The barista had a warm smile, and the car wash team were professional and seemed to take their time with attention to detail. The atmosphere of the café is also really nice—spacious, clean, and with a relaxed vibe that makes it a great place to sit and unwind while waiting for your car. The menu has a good range of drinks and light snacks, and pricing is reasonable for the service offered. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. I just hope the team can pay a bit more attention to special drink requests in the future. I’ll definitely be back again—hopefully next time my drink will be just right!
