I believe your staff’s main job is to take customers’ orders, not stand around chatting with people. I waited for a long time just to place my order, and when I finally asked, he had a really rude attitude and simply told me to wait. Seriously, what kind of service is that? It honestly felt like there was a clear difference in the way you treated white customers compared with Asian customers. It’s especially disappointing in a country with a history of being colonised and having fought so hard for its independence. Why show so much preferential treatment and hospitality to white customers while treating Asian customers like we’re less important? On top of that, your card machine was having issues, which caused even more unnecessary delays and wasted customers’ time. If this is how you treat Asian customers, then perhaps you should just stick to serving white customers and stop taking Asians’ money. Absolutely ridiculous.

So delicious and so cheap that it is hard to believe. After reading the menu I thought the portions would be tiny but no! I had to get dessert to take away! No way to manage another spoonful after my go green bowl. Amazing food. I returned to Saigon and have already ordered from them form their local outlet here. I tried the Japanese bowl with extra tofu. OMG… What a fantastic find!

I'm absolutely utterly in love with this place!! Food is just phenomenal and you can tell everything is made from such great quality ingredients, especially the breakfast burrito and smoothie bowls (possibly the best burrito i've had in my life). Lots of dishes with unique combinations of flavors too! I also love how the space is very airy and comfortable with lots of outdoor seats. My go-to restaurant every time i visit Da Nang for sure!!

I've eaten at Roots Planet many times, and it has become one of my favorite places. The food is always fresh, healthy, and delicious, with plenty of great vegetarian options. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is prepared with care. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty vegetarian food in Hoi An!❤️❤️❤️

The smoothie bowl, a heaven!! Tasted so fresh, so refreshing. The Mediterranean platter was decent. Pita was a little weak but rest amazing. The raw cake was also lovely. Would definitely come back!!

I am a big fan of vegan food, had it in many places around the world and this was the worst ever. We had 6 items from the menu so we were able to have a clear idea of the food here… Everything was shockingly tasteless and flavourless: for example the plant based burger literally tasted like cardboard but the rest was equally unappetising. I believe it takes an evil effort to cook such soulless food. The service is non existent and the staff stays on the phone most of the time. Special mention to a gigantic cockroach frolicking in the dining area. The very first time I left a place almost upset. Not recommended.

Best place with very tasty food! My own top: bowl with falafel, spirulina bowl and spirulina energy balls! That’s really awesome! 😍 Highly recommend to visit!

This place is proof that vegan don’t eat just salad. We went there 4 times on our 7day trip. Amazing food and the coconut dream cheesecake was unforgettable.

Un posto davvero carino dove è piacevole fermarsi e godersi il pasto. Il cibo è stato assolutamente delizioso! Le porzioni sono perfettamente adeguate al tipo di piatto e, nel caso dei piatti unici, anche decisamente abbondanti. Tutto era preparato con grande cura e davvero gustoso. Una menzione speciale va alla noce di cocco fresca da bere, semplicemente buonissima, e alla cheesecake vegana che ho provato: spaziale, una vera sorpresa e uno dei dessert vegani più buoni che abbia mangiato! Un ristorante che consiglio assolutamente, sia a chi segue un’alimentazione vegana sia a chi semplicemente vuole mangiare bene in una location originale, accogliente e bellissima.
