Mua ly cacao thì về uống phát hiện là cà phê, lúc nhận cũng kh để ý cài màu, về nhìn màu lạ lạ, cacao nó đen hơn, hớp miếng đúng cf luôn :)) nv lo đứng giỡn chớ có lo làm đâu, 3 4 đứa mà pha ly nc còn lộn.

Thấy ra món mới cũng mua ún thữ ta nói hắn dở đắng ngắt còn phomai viên thì k nge mùi pho mai dở nhất trong các quán mình ún trc giờ luôn . Olong dành dành chủ tiệm coi lại công thức dùm . Giá thì cao mà nước thì dở k đáng

Mình đọc đánh giá thấy mọi người chê chủ yếu là vì nhân viên làm lâu. Công nhận là nhân viên làm lâu thiệt nhưng mình nhìn các bạn cũng rất cố gắng làm nhanh ( có lẽ là mới nên chưa thành thạo lắm 😅 ) Vấn đề về chất lượng, packaging mình cho 5* nha. Nhưng sao bên chi nhánh Phan Thanh thì có trà đá còn Lý Tự Trọng và Nguyễn Huy Tưởng thì ko nhỉ? Nắp đậy của chi nhánh Phan Thanh trông ọp ẹp lắm, ko cứng cáp như ở Nguyễn Huy Tưởng đâu. Mong founder điều chỉnh lại tất cả các chi nhánh cho đồng đều từ packaging đến chất lượng🫶🏻 Matcha latte , bạc xĩu muối ngon điênnnn😍

No salted cream No reply to Grab messages

One is pressing the phone, the other doesn't order, the staff is really annoying.

I almost finished a Grab order, then jumped to another order for a customer, and now I'm waiting, when will it end 🙂...

The staff is too slow, every time I buy I have to stand and wait for a very long time

Almost finished the drink before noticing a winged ant at the bottom of the glass, messaged the page but they didn't bother to apologize to the customer, the phone number on the glass couldn't be found on Zalo, doing business is disgusting.

I bought it but had to wait a very long time. The egg cream was still very fishy. When I arrived, the shop was empty, only I was buying, but I had to wait 15 minutes to get the drink.

I bought matcha peppermint with extra white tapioca pearls, but the shop forgot to add the tapioca pearls for me.

A terrible experience. I bought salted coffee but the shop wouldn't even give me a spoon to stir, and this has happened twice in a row. Today I bought 2 more cups and still didn't get one. I asked for just 1 spoon, and then I had to share it.
