Perfect little spor for Banh Xeo and Nem Li ! Very tasty !

I came here to eat after reading the mix reviews believing my experience would be different. The old lady setting up was unbelievable rude. No one that rude deserves my money. I quickly left and went to Banh Xeo CUOI Restaurant 03, which is right down the road. The service was excellent and the pancakes were amazing. I don’t mind paying a little more for quality treatment. I should have listened to the other reviews.

I was there today . It was really good . The food was delicious, the people very friendly, and as a German, I need a beer with dinner. It was good.

Wow! If you are going to make something great you need to really do it great and these ladies know what they are doing. I have eaten quite a few Vietnamese pancakes (bahn xeo) over the last few weeks and have enjoyed all of them. I was craving today so stumbled across this place while looking. Best decision I could have made. These were delicious and they only make two dishes…the pancakes and pork skewers with the most amazing dipping sauce. I’m embarrassed to say I ate four pancakes and two skewers but could have eaten more…I was looking g like a pig though so I stopped! lol These were by far the best I have tried!!!!! Do yourself a favor a try this little gem. The ladies are wonderful and they keep it super clean!

Chỗ ngồi chật, ngồi vào đợi rất lâu nhưng có cô bê đồ khồn biết ai order trước sau nên người mới toàn ăn trước. Cảm giác chờ đợi quá lâu và không biêys bao giờ tới lượt nên mình đã đi về. Quán nên xếp số để mọi người được ăn lần lượt Ai muốn ăn nên cân nhắc, à mà mình thấy ai mua mang về sẽ được trước nha :)

1b 10k, Đi 3 lần, bực hết 3 lần. Ăn cái bánh xèo đợi từ người đến trước đến người đến sau mà tôi vẫn chưa có. Lần 1 còn thông cảm, 3 lần như 1. Quá coi thường khách.

Đồ ăn ngon. Các bác các cô phục vụ rất nhanh và nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn nóng hổi tươi roi rói. 10/10 chắc chắn mỗi khi đến Đà Nẵng sẽ phải qua đây

This place is a gem tucked in a little neighborhood off the beaten path. I’ve eaten Bánh Xèo in Hanoi, Saigon, and DaNang, and this is the highest quality, best tasting, most affordable I’ve eaten. The Bánh Xèo was perfectly crispy and the meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and masterfully grilled. Highly recommend this place.

Okay, relatively delicious and cheap.

Central specialty bánh xèo, hot and crispy cake with a distinctive delicious flavor. A rustic eatery, affordable prices, easy to find on the main road, airy thanks to the sea breeze.

Here they only have bánh xèo and nem lụi, a skewer of nem is 8k, bánh xèo is 8k. You have money, you have food. Dipping sauce and vegetables are free. The bánh xèo is fried crispy, very addictive. Nem lụi is okay. The important thing is it's cheap and delicious. The only thing is that the pancakes are made only when customers order, so you have to wait quite a long time. After eating 5 pieces, you have to wait about 15 more minutes for the next batch. It's very crowded, two ladies are frying 8 pans but can't keep up 😍

It's really kind, and it's really delicious! It's a nice store run by nice people, so I feel great! If you want to eat real Vietnamese banh xeo, nem lui, go there! It was nice to meet you in such a wonderful place.

It's very hard to find a bánh xèo eatery that already has fish sauce available in Da Nang 😂 The pancakes are crispy and delicious, freshly made and piping hot. The accompanying vegetables are also plentiful, and the prices are affordable.

Delicious and crispy bánh xèo, but minus 1 star because the raw vegetables are very wilted and bruised. Ate 5 times, and all 5 times the vegetables were bad.
