nhân viên phục vụ thái độ thiếu tôn trọng khách , món lên lâu cực kì , trong khi chờ món hơn 1 tiếng nhắc nhân viên cho ly nước lọc hoặc trà để chờ 3 nhân viên đều làm lơ, đồ uống thì oki , tổng thời gian chờ lên 2 món là gần 1h30p
