Terrible. They charge 40k for the play area, but inside it's pitch dark with no fan or air conditioning. The play area has old equipment and no floor padding. Sigh, worse than terrible—I wanted to give 0 stars but couldn't. People with young children should avoid this place. Avoid wasting money and getting annoyed. They do business poorly and still charge money.

Service was terrible, sat for a long time without a cup of tea, ordered water without ice but they brought a cup with ice, when asked to change, the shop just scooped the ice out, asked for a glass of plain water to mix and make it less cold, the staff shook their head, never coming back.

The drink shop is bad. They play loud, terrible K-pop music, which is noisy and unsuitable since most customers are parents and older people. I brought my kids here to relax and have fun, but it was more tiring. When I gave feedback to the staff, the counter staff said the music is to make it lively. It feels like they're saying I'm old so I don't find it enjoyable, but the staff enjoy it, and customers don't need to. I'm speechless.

The ball pit has hard balls as big as rocks, even adults' feet hurt, let alone children. The price is 40k per ticket. The stairs inside the ball pit are broken. Too bad.

When they brought out 1 cup, they only then said the other cup was sold out. Drinking coffee but the service didn't provide complimentary water. Service quality is very poor.

Nearly ten years ago, my family took me here to drink, and I found it ordinary (I don't remember the taste), but I gave a rating just for the sake of it.
