10/10 long black coffee in a chill environment. The staff are also very friendly.

I visited every day while in Da Nang. It has a pretty pond with fish. Good service, and good Vietnamese coffee.

Nhân viên chậm chạp, hỗ trợ kém khi đã thấy bé nhà mình bị va vào cửa của phòng vui chơi bị bật móng chảy máu, xin cục đá chườm thì nói vài lượt mới có nvien đi lấy.

Extremely disappointing chocolate frappe, my child ate the cream layer which was sour from being left out too long, called the staff but they couldn't resolve it, no compensation and not even an explanation. Will never come back again.

I agree that there must be a surcharge during Tet, but a 50% surcharge is a bit too much.

Very tasty, rich coffee. The matcha was also good, beautiful presentation. Tea is additionally served with the drinks. A clean pond with carp, you can buy fish food. The staff is friendly, fast service. In the evenings, they make delicious fish-shaped waffles at an affordable price. We live nearby, we love to visit this place sometimes.

I think the restaurant should hire staff with a bit more awareness. They are all just fresh-faced kids new to the world, clumsy and unable to do anything. A young girl came to take my order, I waited over 30 minutes and still no water, while two staff members were sitting playing on their phones even though the restaurant has a sign banning phone use during work near the toilet :))) When I asked, the girl looked blank, then the two of them nudged each other :)))) Then the girl came back to ask what I ordered, without a single apology. I really can't understand. Why does the restaurant hire these kids to work? Oh, and the water was very bad.

The eatery has a cool outdoor space and air conditioning inside. There is a koi fish pond as the highlight of the eatery. There is a very spacious children's play area, so parents can feel at ease while drinking coffee. The staff are enthusiastic, polite, and attentive.

A 2-story design with an open, airy space; a koi fish pond in the middle, a children's play area on the upper floor, very suitable for groups of friends and families. A rich variety of drinks along with an enthusiastic service team are also a plus!!!

The space is okay. But the attitude of the staff and the drinks are not okay at all. My family ordered a milo dầm that was very bitter. When I asked the staff to add more milk to the cup, as soon as I turned around, the staff showed a bad attitude. It's just milo, as if it's something that shouldn't be bitter. The manager should have the staff retake a course on customer service. If possible, have them learn how to be a decent person as well.

The juice is delicious but the coffee is too sweet. The space is airy and cool, with a fish pond to sit and chill next to. The staff are enthusiastic and polite. Drinks are served very quickly, and the prices are reasonable.

The cafe is more expensive compared to the surrounding area. The view is beautiful. But the staff's attitude is not good. The old staff were fine but they all quit. They hired some new ones who look so uneven and disappointing that I don't want to come back.
