First time I came here, the service was really good and the food was delicious, especially the fish hotpot. I liked it very much.

I went alone, ordered a 169k hot pot but didn't even have a plate of vegetables, the hot pot was sparse, I specifically told the staff not to add chili but they still did, not worth the money, too disappointed.

A month ago, I had a bad experience here, but this time my friends were already seated, so I had to reluctantly come in. The restaurant has been renovated to look nicer, and the staff organization is much better than before (they changed all the staff). It seems the restaurant has listened to customer feedback. Please always maintain this standard, restaurant ❤️

Oh my god, this eatery is still operating, I don't understand. Customers come in, no staff greets or welcomes them. There's a guy sitting right at the motorcycle parking spot, holding his phone playing games, even when customers order, he's still playing games. I ordered 2 cans of iced beer first, and that game-playing guy said, 'Write it down on paper, someone will bring it out later.' He saw the table had no bowls or chopsticks but didn't bother to get them for the customers. When I asked for an ice bucket to chill the beer, he called someone else out, still sitting there gaming 🙏🏻 I'm speechless. Another guy came out to hand over the menu for ordering. The place brought out and offered a plate of snails. The eatery is spacious, the staff are all kids, but I don't know why they're working. Although they're not rude, they're not enthusiastic. As for the food, it's not tasty. Every dish has a little bit, with lemongrass and chili vegetables filling the plate. The snails are tiny and small, all food portions are small, not medium or large, but the prices aren't cheap. Average snail plate is 70k. Just avoid this place, first time is also the last time.

Service is slow.. staff are not attentive to guests.. service is not thorough.. ordered dishes, the staff brought out 2 dishes, 5 minutes later didn't know how to eat. No chopsticks, no bowls.

I used to eat here when I was a student, but recently the service has to be said to be too bad. At the Tran Van Ky branch, the manager talks too much! Customers eat and clean the table, then say 'What are you eating, gross!' Just this March 8th, the Hoang Thi Loan branch was also careless. If the owner reads this, please check the cameras and review the attitude of the female staff wearing a black croptop. Service is slow, attitude is confrontational with customers, slamming things and glaring! Forget it, I will never come back here again.

Ordered a plate of bitter melon with ham, didn't get even one piece. All ice piled on top, had to dig around to find the bitter melon.

The food is very good, suits the taste. If you have the chance, you should try it. The staff is okay, polite and good attitude.
