When I gave feedback, they initially denied it, then admitted it but justified that the ice didn't have grease, and they poured it into a common ice bin on one side, scooping from the other edge. Sorry, but used ice is the same no matter which edge. What's more noteworthy is the attitude: a sales assistant even said, 'You're making a big deal out of nothing; if you can't eat it, don't come next time.' Giving feedback about food safety and receiving such a reaction, I give 1 star for both hygiene and service.
