A total rip off. Charging 115K for a portion barely enough for 1 grown man is laughable! With the same money, I could get 2 burgers, 2 plates of chicken rice, or 3 pieces of fried chicken for the same price. So what am I paying extra for? The non-existent air conditioning? They even have the nerve to charge an extra 5% if you pay by card. Is 110K not enough for this amount of food? And to imagine how long it took just to cook a small dish of food like this - 20 minutes? I came here only because I was craving some pho, but I won't be back with these joke portion sizes, along with disproportionate pricing. Barely any meat. You guys should feel embarrassed charging this much. It should be no more than 60-70 VND. Eating right in front of your customers is also very unprofessional. I guess this is what happens when it's a trio of mere kids trying to run an overpriced restaurant.
Pho 29 is a great dining option at Lotte Mart. Although there was a bit of a wait before our food arrived, the staff were courteous and accommodating. The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for money.
