Mình ăn rất nhiều lần, xuất bún chả rất ít bún, k đủ khẩu phần ăn cơ bản. Hầu như lần nào cũng fai gọi thêm bún, gọi thêm 1 phần thì lại k ăn hết, dẫn tới thừa, bỏ đi lãng phí ! Cái này quán cân đối lại cho hợp lý.

I can't remember how many times I've come here to eat because it's too many, I can't recall them all. But I've never been disappointed; every time has been wonderful, from the food, the staff, the service to the atmosphere, there's nothing to criticize. This is definitely a place that everyone must try when coming to Da Nang❤️❤️

The food is very delicious, I can say it's the broken rice eatery that I find the most delicious and suits my taste the most. The staff is also very enthusiastic, cheerful, and lovely. The space is clean and airy. I will come many more times.

The food is overpriced, not outstanding enough to justify the cost. The space is a bit stuffy; on the second floor, there's no fan, only air conditioning. I asked for extra fried pork fat, but they brought out scallions instead, as if they were reluctant to give it. The beef is only grilled when ordered, tender, but the portion looks meager for 80k, which includes American-style beef rice with one topping of pork cake. Honestly, I won't come back a second time.

I ate here twice and found the food very delicious, very suitable for my taste. Once I came at 1 PM but saw the staff were still cheerful and lovely, and the food came out quite quickly. The second time was dinner at 7:30 PM, the food came out super fast. When I asked for anything extra, they gave it to me happily and kindly. After I paid, they said goodbye and asked me very politely. Overall, this place has no flaws. I will definitely come back many more times 🥰🥰

I had a very decent experience here. I came for dinner right after work, so the place was empty; from around 6 PM onward, customers kept arriving. I saw both tourists and locals eating here. The food was generally tasty and flavorful. My boyfriend, who has worked in Saigon for years, praised that from now on, having this place helps him miss the taste of Saigon broken rice less :)) It seems the restaurant has one sauce recipe used to marinate everything, because I noticed my pork belly and my boyfriend's pork chop tasted exactly the same. Next time, I'll try the beef and chicken to see. The soup was also good, seasoned just right, with 2-3 rib pieces in one bowl. The vegetable soup was just okay for me because I cook better at home 😂 The sour cabbage soup, however, suited my taste perfectly—balanced sweet and sour, rich. The plate of vegetables was a bit small for the price. The fish sauce was a bit too sweet; I wanted it spicier (the chili here has no kick at all). The lettuce and pickles were a bit scarce—could the shop be more generous? 😂 The restaurant has a themed decor, clean, everything arranged neatly and carefully. But probably because the space is enclosed, it gets a bit smoky. When I left, my whole body smelled of grilled meat and kitchen smoke kkk. If they fix this, the place would be perfect for me.

As a regular customer for 2 years at Ốp Lết, since before the restaurant moved to Yên Bái; my whole family and I used to have a very good experience here. However, recently the restaurant changed the menu, removing all noodle, pasta, and fried dishes => less variety, making me return less often. I don't have much to say about this for now because it's just an operational and revenue optimization choice. The peak was today when I stopped by for lunch, ordered 2 broken rice plates, and waited quite a long time for the food. After waiting about 20 minutes, a staff member came out and asked me to be patient, wait another 10 minutes. I was about to stand up and leave because I was quite tired and hungry. But just as I stood up, the restaurant brought out 1 rice plate first, so I decided to stay because I couldn't bear to have them waste that portion. It took another 5 minutes for my friend's portion to come out. The most disappointing thing was that both rice plates had a feeling of old rice, with a stale smell. I left almost all the rice and only ate the toppings. Maybe I'm picky, others might have a good dining experience here. However, as a regular customer, seeing the restaurant narrow down the menu to only rice option. The restaurant sells rice but the rice is bad, the quality of food and service both declined, I decided not to return, not to bring family and friends to eat here anymore.

I was recommended by a friend to try the grilled pork belly broken rice, and here are a few observations: - The dish took quite long to serve even though I was alone, but it was probably because it was noon and crowded (waited 17 minutes). - Rice: too mushy, cooked normally and too watery, not steamed in a basket. - Grilled pork belly: marinated with too much seasoning, so it was very sweet and greasy, losing the meat flavor. - Fish sauce: too much sugar, so it was sticky and very sweet, not suitable for the rice at all. - Steamed egg meatloaf: had the best taste on the plate, closest to the authentic broken rice meatloaf flavor.
