Very tasty! But so dirty:( Everytime we come with wet wipes and clean table. Please do something with it! You have such a great reviews about the taste, but all of them noticed that the place is very dirty:(((

The service staff is too rude; you go to eat and pay, but it feels like you're begging.

Staff disrespect customers. (Guys wear shorts, slam toppings onto the table. After taking orders, they have a sullen face). The shop has poor hygiene, from drinking glasses to sauce jars. Stone bowls are black and dirty... Providing service like this is too bad... There will be no second time...

The pho is okay, the broth is a bit bland, the service is not very attentive.

It's okay to eat but not very delicious yet, the pho broth is a bit salty for my taste.

The stone bowl pho is very special, the pho bowl is big and filling, the restaurant is spacious and airy, keeps the heat for a long time, next time I will definitely eat from a ceramic bowl because I don't like eating hot all the time. The restaurant is clean and hygienic.

Dirty restaurant, poor hygiene! Ordered stone bowl pho with extra eggs, they brought out 2 eggs still with chicken droppings and feathers stuck on them, placed on a rack. The pho flavor was average, ate at 9:30 AM, the broth was extremely salty.

I haven't gotten to whether the food at this restaurant is good or bad today, but the attitude of this staff member is disrespectful to customers. I asked to check the order twice, and the staff member heard but ignored me and went to another table to take orders with a very arrogant attitude🤡. Also, the restaurant should note to wash the cups clean; they look dirty.

[Except for 1 eatery] I ordered 2 types: 1 stone bowl goat and 1 porcelain bowl beef over 2 visits. Honestly, the stone bowl is delicious and worth trying; the goat meat is good but not as good as the beef 9/10. The service is also okay. Because the first time left a good impression, I came back again and bye bye everyone: the pho broth was bland 4/10, the staff was arrogant and snobbish to customers (I complained that my table was missing fried dough sticks, the staff just said 'wait a moment' and did nothing, leisurely sitting in one place ignoring the customer, not even saying anything about the fried dough sticks???) ==> in short, stone bowl pho is an unforgettable experience, but the porcelain bowl is not only expensive but also tastes bad, no next time.

The night before last, I ate a plate of fried dough sticks for 2 people at 10k and got 3 pieces. Today at noon, I ate again for 2 people at 10k and got only 2 pieces. I called the staff to ask, but they didn't say anything, just mumbled. After finishing the meal, there was no feedback to the customer (TERRIBLE SERVICE). The goat pho is not very good, the beef is just okay. The stone bowl is slightly more flavorful than the ceramic one because the egg is added to the broth from the beginning (AVERAGE TO POOR FOOD). The restaurant is hot and stuffy. I ate around 11-12 noon, and when I stepped through the door, the heat from the kitchen hit me. The air conditioner was on but didn't feel cool. They used individual fans, and I had to sit for a while before it got better. Well, at least they tried to cool it down (AVERAGE ATMOSPHERE).

I saw the staff not washing the chili sauce bottles cleanly and then pouring sauce into them for customers to continue using.

I ate here and it was very delicious. It suits my taste. I really like it 💗💗 …

As a hardcore Pho fan, I'll give my Pho (Tái-Nạm / Rare & Flank steak, ceramic bowl) a 8/10, but other experiences were bad. First impression, it was filthy the space (dirty would be too light), not just the trash on the floor that should be cleaned more often, but also the arrange of cutlery, sauces on the table, some drops of broth here and there got dried and made the tables spotty etc. It creates an overall messy feeling that completely in contrast with the prime location of the place. Serving, typical Da Nang, not so friendly & welcoming as seen in HCMc, for so many years it hasn't been improved. If you 're craving for a good Pho and don't care about the rest, then fine, give it a try.

On the weekend, I had the opportunity to take my family to eat stone bowl pho. I first learned about this dish when eating in Ha Tinh. The eatery is located in an easy-to-find spot with a spacious parking area. The seats are also comfortable. I ordered one stone bowl of goat meat and one porcelain bowl of goat meat. Eating goat meat is just for a change, but it seems beef pho is still tastier. Although the price is not cheap, it is clearly worth trying.

The staff has an arrogant attitude, unpleasant to customers. The food is not delicious. (6:30 AM, July 5, 2024) Tourists should not use services here.

The bowl of pho here is super huge, everyone. I ate and ate but couldn't finish it. The toppings are piled high, and the price is very reasonable because the locals eat here, not foreign tourists, so it's quite okay. The broth is sweet, and the hygiene is also very okay.

The staff's attitude is very unpleasant. The way they carry the bowl of pho is very unhygienic. The goat pho is 75k but has too little meat. The atmosphere is not fresh, the shop's hygiene is poor. The food is only passable. Will never visit again.
