TYM COFFEE is a budget café with diverse drinks, cheap prices, and decent quality. However, service is very inconsistent—sometimes enthusiastic but often slow and unprofessional. The space is airy and nice but sometimes hot due to lack of cooling equipment.

Excellent to have a morning Vietnamese Coffee here. Walkable distance from Hyatt. Great value for money.
Vô tình mình có ghé qua đây uống nước ngồi nghỉ,sáng đó mình đi thì có 2 bạn phục vụ dễ thw lắm đeo kính đen mình cứ tưởng 2 chj em sjnh đôi vì hoạt bát nói chuyện vui vẻ,người già hay trẻ mình cũng để ý 2 bạn nói rất vui.Mình viết bài này mong muốn mọi ng ủng hộ vì trà ở đây rất ngon và thơm.Hi vọng có dịp mình sẽ ghé vào đà nẵng để uống ở đây nữa,nghĩ chắc 2 bạn nữ phục vụ là học sinh sinh viên nên ko bt có gặp lại 2 bạn khog😊

The space is okay, but the staff makes drinks very carelessly. Many times they've been careless, and it's getting worse. When you call the staff, they're busy playing games and don't listen. While standing at the counter to pay, they hold their phone and play games :))) The mixing is sloppy. For hot cocoa, they brought cold, lukewarm cocoa to the customer, then when changing to another cup, they poured out some water and added boiling water :)))
enthusiastic staff, quality drinks
The staff is too bad, they just go through the motions. Customers sit for a long time but they don't come to ask what customers want to order, instead they just sit around playing. Having customers in the restaurant is like having none, causing the owner to lose revenue.
After sitting for a while, no one came to take our order, while at other tables, the staff came very quickly.

View of 2 frontages so it's airy, however there are slightly few trees & using silver curtains makes it a bit hot. Menu is diverse, extremely cheap, drink quality is very good, staff are extremely enthusiastic!

Hot summer afternoon, drinking yogurt is delicious, the space is okay. The shop has few customers and staff, so it's quite quiet.
The restaurant has a nice location. Drinks are okay. The owner is a bit stingy, not buying fans for customers. It's too hot to sit. A few fans are competing.
