Phòng bẩn, ga bẩn như nhiều năm rồi không thay, đêm nằm cứ như ai đóng đinh vào tường. Taxi giới thiệu vào rồi vứt đồ mình xuống lúc 4h sáng. Không thì mình cũng không ở

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Phục vụ tận tình, giá cả hợp lý. Mỗi lần đến Đà Nẵng tôi đều đến đây để ở.
Mình thuê nhà nghỉ 3 tiếng thôi lúc đầu vô thuê mình hỏi giá 1 tiếng bao nhiêu ko trả lời lơ đi chổ khác vô phòng thì ga giường rất ố vàng gầm giường rất dơ, vô nhà vệ sinh thì rất là khai nha mọi người còn lại thì OK mình ở 300 tiếng 300k nha mọi ng
Nhà nghỉ mất vệ sinh, chặt chém khách hàng giá quá cao nhà nghỉ sao lại 1 đêm mà 1tr2 đc, chủ nhà nghỉ mặt khi nào cũng thái độ không thoải mái với khách.

The room is right next to an ongoing construction site. Everyone heard the banging from the video all night long. I ordered via Grab for 2 days at 500k, that was fine, but then the Grab driver came back and said it's only until 12 PM. Now checking out, they charge for one and a half days. Acting crazy, calling and waiting to ask about the price =)) doing business like that, you deserve it.
Terrible
The motel has 2 rows corresponding to 2 different room types. The room I rented is the nicer type with full plastic paneling, price 270,000 VND/Single room/24h/1 person, includes a comb, air conditioner remote, electric fan, direct water heater, clean towels hung outside the staircase so anyone who wants to use them can take more. Business card image for those who need to contact, if anyone wants to rent or use any service, they should call in advance.
The owner's attitude towards customers is bad. The room is terrible, the blankets, sheets, mattresses, and pillows are so dirty and disgusting, as if they haven't been cleaned or replaced for years. They charged 350k for checking out one day early. This motel rips off customers even more than a high-end hotel. This is the first time I've stayed at such a terrible motel.
I just checked in here at 12:00. Initially, the quoted price was 250k. When checking out, they said it was 350k. They rip off customers. Unacceptable. The owner is terrible, speaks contemptuously to customers, and yells at them. The room is very, very bad. Too dirty. Everyone, stay away from this place.

Expensive. Bad room. Water heater broken => moved to another room 3 times. I went in July 2022. Should choose another place.
