카페가 너무 이쁘다. 이런 카페가 한국에 있으면 사람 미어 터질 것이다. 음료 나오는 속도가 느리지만 알바가 빠릿하고 선풍기도 틀어주며 서비스가 좋다. 한잔에 차는 서비스로 준다. 베트남인들의 전통 간식 해바라기씨도 파니 시도해 봐도 좋음.

Quán có view đẹp, dễ chịu, ở ngoài hay trên lầu đều ok, còn phòng máy lạnh tầng 1 thì còn mùi như mới xây gì đó, nhưng ko đáng kể, nước thì ngon, giá khá phù hợp, riêng matcha chưa đậm vị đúng gu mình, giống y bên giihan, nhưng cũng có thể gọi là chất lượng, lần sau vẫn sẽ quay lại

Over time, the place becomes a favorite spot for visitors and remains peaceful, resembling a cozy retreat from city life.

I visited a pretty local cafe near Da Nang Airport! You have to go into the alley a little, but there are many plants and it's pretty, so the atmosphere is really nice! The Bac Xiu, Saigon Coffee, Coconut Coffee, and the signature cream latte were also very delicious^_^ I recommend it because I was able to finish my trip at a cafe I really liked before returning to Korea!! A cafe I want to visit again next time I come to Da Nang♡

It's such a pretty local cafe. I ordered coconut cafe, Americano, and watermelon juice. The taste is good and the atmosphere is nice, but ah... dogs come into the cafe together...

The café has two contrasting areas: a cozy, luxurious indoor space with beige tones, wooden ceilings, and a European-style fireplace as a highlight; while the outdoor garden area is rustic and airy with a stone-paved path and lots of greenery. In the evening, the garden becomes extremely romantic under the shimmering yellow lights. The most special feature of Xém is the space decorated with national flags and the message 'Proud to be Vietnamese', creating a very distinct identity. The menu is diverse, serving from drip coffee, espresso-based coffee to teas, fruit juices at reasonable prices. This is an ideal place for dates, meeting friends, or finding a quiet space to relax and feel a nostalgic corner of Vietnam.

The shop is at 1/25 Do Quang. Drinks are average, but the space is quite chill and cute. The shop is okay. Going in the morning will be nicer.

The shop is in an alley, with motorcycle parking opposite the shop and a parking attendant. The garden space is cool and has many beautiful corners suitable for taking very chill photos. Inside, there is an air-conditioned room; I came during a time without events, so there was no special decor. The bạc xỉu is a bit strong in flavor, and the price is slightly higher than other shops in the same segment.

I used to drink at this shop before, the drinks were very good, but recently I came back to drink and the drinks were bad, it seems like they changed staff. I drank a cup and left half of it because it was too sweet, the salted cream was extremely salty. I used to really like this shop, but after this time, I'm done. The iced blended matcha is 48k :)

I am a fairly long-time customer of this eatery, having visited many times since it first opened, but this is the most disappointed I have ever been. The eatery has an open counter space and a chill garden with trees, airy and cool. However, this experience was 'ruined' by the staff themselves. I was sitting there in the evening until around 10 PM when I heard arguing, seemingly from the cashiers, with a staff member speaking so loudly that our table had to stop our conversation. The eatery should fix this issue. The drinks are still good, the atmosphere is still nice, but the service is too poor.

_ About the space: Although the eatery is in an alley, it is very large and spacious, with 2 floors and a cool garden yard. The place is also beautifully and eye-catchingly decorated; the first thing that catches your eye is a dark brown wooden house with many flowers in front of the door. The ordering area is also quite cute, with a canopy made of eye-catching glass paintings. The restroom is clean, not too smelly, but the door needs a bit of a push to close. One downside is that most of the tables are small and have few power outlets; the outlets are used for table lamps, speakers, etc., so it's a bit inconvenient when working on deadlines because you have to find a place to charge your laptop. I hope the shop can buy a few portable power strips for customers to use. _ About the drinks: The menu has many diverse and rich items; there are many drinks I didn't know, so it took a while to choose, but the staff were enthusiastic in advising. The prices are average, with a few items over 40k. The drinks are delicious, high quality, and beautifully presented, so there's nothing to complain about. However, if the shop could invest in some coasters, that would be good because the tables are small and the ice water spills all over the table. _ About the service: The staff are a bit slow; even though customers have left for a while, the tables are still not cleared. I asked the staff to wipe the table because water was spilling everywhere, but they wiped it very quickly so the water wasn't completely gone, and I had to get paper to wipe it myself. When I moved to another table, there were some glasses of water from previous customers that I helped move aside, but the staff didn't come to clear them until I left.

If I remember correctly, I visited Xém twice, once in the evening and once in the morning. I prefer the atmosphere of Xém in the evening; I went when it was not crowded, so it felt very quiet and peaceful. I don't rate Xém's drinks highly, and on the evening I went, I noticed the music kept cutting out, kind of stuttering, turning on and off.

The eatery is located at K1 Đỗ Quang, connecting Đỗ Quang Street (at the lake corner) to the Bàu Hạc area, right next to Hàm Nghi Primary School, opposite Hồ Xanh Restaurant, with heavy traffic passing by. The space is spacious, with a garden yard and a second floor. The decoration is beautiful, with many green plants, very cool and pleasant. The drinks are delicious, reasonably priced, and orders are placed at the counter. The staff are friendly. There are many beautiful spots for taking photos. The parking area is at the house next to the eatery, a bit cramped, with parking attendants.

However, the tables and chairs on the balcony area are arranged too densely, making it inconvenient for walking, and the stairs are very easy to trip on (those wearing high heels should be careful). The eatery has cockroaches, and the water is not good. It's mainly just the space of the eatery.
