Terrible coffee, the shop is hot

Staff attitude, I arrived but they ignored customers, there were about 3 people in the counter but no one came to take order, while I called a staff member to borrow a fan and that person also ignored me.

I came to the shop and sat for about 15 minutes, and very politely asked the staff to borrow a fan, but for some reason the staff member ignored me. I saw about 3 people in the counter, but no one came to order drinks. Very rude and unpleasant attitude.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy good coffee while letting your children play safely, Gem Coffee 2 is a destination worth visiting. The spacious play area made my whole family satisfied. The drinks are decent, the coffee has a distinctive aroma. A small point to improve is that service is a bit slow during peak hours, but the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, which is beyond reproach. A pleasant and cozy experience in the heart of Da Nang.

True-flavored coffee, delicious beyond words

The main item at this coffee shop is extremely bad coffee, a type of coffee mixed with soybeans/corn, sold without care at 30k per cup (SG milk coffee). They collect payment immediately but wait until you ask for change before returning it. The children's play area is tiny, dirty, and messy, only about 70m2 wide, charging 35k. The experience is not worth the money; I will never return.

The staff is clueless. I ordered a Saigon iced coffee but they brought regular brewed coffee. I asked to exchange it for another cup, but they still charged me for both cups. The shop is terrible.

Drinks are reasonably priced, delicious and visually appealing. The shop is also very chill, but I'm sad about the staff's attitude. They were laughing and joking with each other while waiting for customers to order, even though one was near the drink counter and the other was standing next to a customer's table? The staff look down on customers. I'm spending money here to drink and chat, not to see the staff's attitude. I hope management will reconsider because it would be a shame if the drinks are too good but the service is too poor, making customers not want to come back.

A shop near home, newly opened so the whole neighborhood came to support. The shop looks chill, has both outdoor and air-conditioned indoor space, very spacious. The shop is quite crowded, has a play area for children. Drinks are average, prices are reasonable compared to the general level. My phone photos are a bit blurry; it will look better in person.
