Đồ ăn thêu,bị độn quá nhiều bún , thái độ b nhân viên nữ rất khó chịu

Mình ăn vào khoảng 17h30 ngày 2/7/2026. Thái độ phục vụ thật sự tệ. Mình gọi 2 phần bún chả, phần bạn mình trong rau có con gì đó đang bò (dài dài , đen đen giống con giun). Nhân viên lấy con đó ra rồi quay đi 🥲 Còn tô mình thì thịt nướng chưa chín, còn đỏ. Khi tính tiền hỏi nhân viên, nhân viên kêu hỏi bếp bếp nói trong rau có con đó. Thái độ vô cùng tệ, k xin lỗi còn đổ thừa trong rau có con đó (đây là do vệ sinh). Quán xem lại cách vệ sinh và thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên, quán nhiều chi nhánh mà k nghĩ chi nhánh này tệ đến vậy

The fried spring rolls were too sour to mention. The service was terrible. The two of us ordered and after about 15 minutes, there was nothing on the table. Another couple who came in later ordered and got their food immediately, even though we ordered the same things. In general, the work ethic of the owner and staff was extremely poor. The staff were joking around, and when I messaged the owner to give feedback, no one replied. So, goodbye to this restaurant, I won't come back.

I usually eat bún đậu here and at other branches of the restaurant, but this time the staff was extremely bad. The food took a long time to come out while the staff were all laughing and joking very loudly, laughing inappropriately. When I urged them to bring the food out quickly, the staff looked at me but didn't say anything and didn't give me the bill.

Terrible, never been to any restaurant as bad as this. I left all the food I ordered because it was too salty, the fermented pork rolls were mushy, and the staff were playing games while working.

I won't mention the food because bún đậu is too familiar, but what frustrates me is the attitude of the staff: when other customers order or ask for more items, they don't respond, and while serving food to customers, they stack tables and chairs and sweep the floor.

Here is my feedback: 1. Suggest hiring more staff because there are exactly 2 servers who also have to carry food, pack orders, handle payments, and take orders. 2. Need more small change. I brought exactly 100k and 500k, but the bill was 84k. They begged me to give an extra 5k to make the change even, even though I had no small change. They told me to go exchange it but refused. 3. The 44k portion had 3 slices of green rice cake, 3 sausages, 3 intestines, 4 fried spring rolls, 3 spring rolls, 3 tofu pieces, and 8 slices of vermicelli. The Hanoi grilled pork noodle bowl was 40k, with about 1 bowl of noodles, 5 pieces of grilled pork, and 1 spring roll. 4. Paying felt like begging. They refused to bring the shrimp paste; I had to ask 5 times before they brought it, and when they did, it had no chili. How am I supposed to eat it? Visited once, no second time.
