A small point that could be improved is expanding the menu of snacks or pastries so customers have more options when enjoying coffee. The shop could integrate Tuneast so customers can choose background music suitable for the conversation atmosphere, making the space more lively and personalized. This would create a unique experience, making each visit to 11 Coffee a memorable memory.
