I bought it back to the hotel and found it edible. It comes with a small box of salt, which is very interesting and unique. Chili, garlic, and green pepper are fully provided. Price 135k for 3 taels, enough for two people to eat comfortably.
Delicious but the restaurant has no air conditioning, few fans, few staff and not enthusiastic, waiting for dishes is long (they blow their nose right in the restaurant, then pick up vegetables and beef for customers 😢). The meat is also sliced a bit thick, so it's chewy.
