Bánh tráng thịt heo Bà Hường

One of the most important things of a food service establishment should be aware of food allergies requests. We specifically asked for no peanuts for the mi Quang dish due to a severe allergy. A bowl was brought with peanuts. When asked, the owner said she will make another bowl without peanuts. The "new" bowl she brought still had peanuts. When asked if it was a new bowl she said yes. When shown the peanuts that was still left (because they scrapped it off the initial bowl) she said it was just a little bit, how could it hurt her? Very ignorant of the owner herself.

Ngon

A good spot near the airport for some Vietnamese classics like banh trang cuon thit heo which is served with the smelly but delicious mam! Also shared a banh cuon with crispy pork belly that was bomb. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had fans pointing in our direction to cool us down.

Clean taste, fresh vegetables. Sauce was good.

Quán bán đồ ăn gần sân bay, mình gọi bánh cuốn thịt heo và bò nhúng dấm. Bò nhúng giấm ăn ngon vừa miệng, thịt heo theo mình thì chưa có ngon lắm, mắm ngon. Nhân viên nam thì thái độ phục vụ lồi lõm, sẽ k quay lại.

Đồ ăn tươi ngon, mắm nêm dễ ăn Cô chủ và nhân viên dễ thương, thân thiện! Vị trí gần sân bay rất dễ tìm, thuận tiện đi lại. Không gian sạch sẽ, hơi cũ một chút nhưng không ảnh hưởng trải nghiệm. Mn nên đến để thưởng thức món bánh tráng thịt heo đặc sản của Đà Nẵng.

Bánh cuốn thịt heo và dĩa rau rất hấp dẫn, phục vụ ân cần, nhanh lẹ, chu đáo.

i came across this family-run eatery on tiktok and decided to give it a try because the menu included cháo, which was exactly what i was looking for. our group ordered one plate of thịt luộc, one plate of heo quay, and a bowl of cháo, which was just enough for 3 people. prices are very reasonable compared to nearby restaurants, likely because its a family-operated business. the staff member who served us was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. since the kitchen has only a few people, cháo took a little longer to arrive, but it was worth the wait. thịt luộc was generous, and i especially liked the dipping sauce, it was not as salty as the versions i have had at restaurants along trưng nữ vương str. id definitely come back on my next visit.

Mình ăn khá nhiều quán bánh tráng thịt heo ở Đà Nẵng rồi, nhưng cá nhân thích nhất vị mắm nêm ở đây. Mắm đậm đà, thơm, vừa miệng và ăn rất cuốn. Về chất lượng món ăn thì mình thấy khá ổn định. Thịt heo được thái lát vừa phải, mềm, thơm và không bị khô. Rau ăn kèm tươi xanh, đầy đặn. Điểm cộng nữa là bánh ướt và bánh tráng có thể gọi thêm mà không tính phí nên ăn rất thoải mái. Quán không có quá nhiều món trong menu, nhưng bù lại có cảm giác họ tập trung vào chất lượng của món chính nên mọi thứ được làm khá chỉn chu. Nếu muốn thưởng thức một phần bánh tráng thịt heo đúng kiểu Đà Nẵng với nguyên liệu tươi ngon và mắm nêm nổi bật thì đây là địa chỉ mình sẵn sàng quay lại nhiều lần.

Main dishes (meat, vegetables, fish sauce) are far inferior to the 2/9 location. The side dish of fermented fish noodle soup is disappointing.

With the taste of Da Nang people, I find the fermented fish sauce not very good, the meat is thin, only the vegetables are fresh and plentiful. The beef in vinegar hot pot tastes like ordinary beef noodle soup, nothing special.

The restaurant is more expensive than other places in Da Nang, but it's close to the airport, the staff is friendly, and they have a separate serving of crispy fried shallots that is fragrant and delicious. The mackerel is okay but a bit salty, while the boiled meat is very ordinary; I recommend ordering the roasted pork.

If you've never been here, you shouldn't eat here. I've eaten at many rice paper with pork eateries in Da Nang, but this was the worst experience. I ordered one portion of mackerel and one portion of steamed rice paper with roasted pork. The mackerel portion only had 3 medium-sized fish, but the price was 130k. The important thing isn't the price; I wanted to ask for more dipping sauce to eat with the steamed rice paper and roasted pork, but here they charge extra for the fermented anchovy sauce. I asked for raw vegetables to eat with the mackerel, and here they charge extra for raw vegetables. I asked for more steamed rice rolls to wrap the mackerel, and here they charge extra for the rice rolls. In short, whatever you order, there are additional costs. They probably just rip off people coming from the airport. Locals or regular customers wouldn't dare stop by! Overall, it was a very bad experience regarding the service attitude here. I really like the rice paper rolls here. Compared to other places, Ba Huong gives me the feeling that it still retains the flavor of Da Nang, not crowded or chaotic, the shop is quiet in the courtyard, the staff are gentle, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
