Em có để quên cục sạc ở quán khi say và mai quay lại thì cục sạc mất tiêu hỏi thì mấy ac nhân viên kêu có thì ở quầy r với bill đồ tụi em ko ún nước hay ăn đậu mà bill lại vu khóng lên có nước lọc với 4 đĩa đậu trong khi kêu 2 dĩa

Không biết cách hành xử của nhân viên quán như thế nào mà lại có thể tạt 1 xô nước từ trên lầu (có mùi bia) xuống đường đi bên hông mà không để ý có người qua lại không? Nếu bạn là tôi, bạn sẽ thấy như nào khi đang đi bình thường thì phải hứng trọn cả xô nước, ướt cả người và quần áo ám đầy mùi bia? Chưa kể, nếu đó là bia thừa khách đã sử dụng thì cảm giác khó chịu và mất vệ sinh còn tăng lên gấp nhiều lần. Điều khiến tôi bức xúc không chỉ là bị ướt, mà là sự bất cẩn và thiếu ý thức của nhân viên. Quán nên xem lại cách làm việc.

Nhân viên nữ order thái độ tệ, xin tương ớt thì thái độ, xin hộp tăm cũng trả lời rất cọc với khách. Bộ khó khăn lắm hả trời

Ordered 4-5 dishes, the restaurant said they were good but left them all untouched because they were too bad. The salad was bland. The sausage was chewy and smelly. The stir-fried noodles had old oil. The chicken cartilage was salty.

To start, the tables are very very low, making it difficult to get your legs under the table. Moreover, the server brought us the menu and stood in front of us waiting, then a colleague joined him and they were both leaning with both hands on our table, slouching, looking impatient and chatting. In short, the servers are disrespectful. Terrible service, a restaurant to avoid!

The restaurant serves enthusiastically, but despite booking a table, they didn't reserve it, to the point of not having enough cups and bowls for everyone, really terrible. I hope everyone will consider before coming here.

Booked a table 1 week in advance, but when the time came, the staff said they didn't know and had already given the table to other customers. We were okay with it and waited for 2 hours, but in the end, the owner said they didn't know how to handle it. Being the owner but not knowing how to handle things and consider everything, I think anyone planning to go should ask the owner if they can definitely hold the table for customers🤗

Ordered takeout from the restaurant, but when I opened it at home, I realized they made the wrong dish. They gave dipping sauce but no lime wedge, and the sauce was extremely salty... couldn't eat it, so frustrating.

Booked a VIP room 7 days in advance but when arriving, the room was not available and was occupied by other guests. The owner refused to take responsibility for the incident even though I was the one who directly booked the table through the owner.

Poor service. Bad food. VIP room booking postponed repeatedly. Booked 7 days in advance, but the owner was messing around.

The food portions are too small. The fried chicken cartilage with fish sauce has just a few measly pieces; the hot pot with chicken and giang leaves also has just a few pieces of breastbone, neck, etc. Very disappointing. I recommend everyone to reconsider choosing this eatery if they don't improve the quality of their dishes 🫠
