Phở dở, thái độ và cách phục vụ kém. Tiếp nhận phản ánh của khách hàng cũng kém chuyên nghiệp và thiếu thiện chí. Không bao giờ trở lại đây.

Tôi là người Đà nẵng. Sáng nay 16/8, gia đình tôi ghé ăn sáng. Sau khi ăn, tôi có góp ý về món ăn. Chưa nói đến góp ý của tôi có hợp lý hay không. Vấn đề chính là thái độ cau có, vô cảm, không có tinh thần cầu thị của 2 nhân viên nữ bán hàng. Một quán ăn có thương hiệu Lý Quốc Sư, chưa nói đến món ăn ngon hay không, mà thái độ phục vụ kém. Cam kết là sẽ không quay lại Lý Quốc Sư.

I only read the reviews after finishing my meal and saw that someone else thought the same as me. The owner's face was all sour, and the service attitude was like throwing a bowl in the customer's face even though I did nothing wrong. When ordering, the face was grumpy; when bringing out the pho, it was also harsh. When I asked for an extra bowl to share pho for my child, they threw the bowl on the table. There won't be a second time, shop. Even if it's delicious, I'll say goodbye cordially. Da Nang is not suitable for 'bun chui' or 'pho cau', you know.

I don't know if the staff judge by appearance, but after eating there twice, I felt they looked down on customers, even though I had no attitude and just came in to eat normally. Other customers were still chatting happily.

Even though I haven't done anything and I speak politely to her, every time I come in to eat, I feel like I'm the employee serving a difficult customer like her. I really hope the restaurant can take some time to train her in basic communication skills, okay? I've seen others mention her attitude too. Honestly, whether she's the owner or a hired employee, with that attitude, sooner or later you'll lose customers. So I hope the restaurant and she herself can improve this.
