Quá kém, bỏ tiền còn bị chưởi , tỉnh táo khi đến quán này. Tôi trải nghiệm rắt tệ.

Một địa điểm đáng thử với đồ ăn ngon và hương vị hấp dẫn. Tuy nhiên, món ăn hơi mặn so với khẩu vị của mình. Bù lại, chất lượng phục vụ rất tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện và chu đáo. Nhìn chung, đây là một trải nghiệm khá hài lòng. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại Ngộ Quán để thưởng thức thêm nhiều món khác. Mình rất thích bò tiêu đen 🥰

Nghe theo tiktok và cái kết quá mệt. Nhóm mình đi tầm 10ng. Gọi 2 thùng bia ken. Thì đc quản lý nói đem ra nhiều vậy lỡ uống ko hết nên ko đem ra đc. Chỉ đem lắc nhắc 10 lon , nửa thùng. Trong khi nhóm người ta đi nhậu người ta đã quen với định lượng rồi. Mà gọi bia ko cho gọi thùng nguyên là sao. Rồi tới lúc say sao mà kiểm bia ? Trong nhóm có 1ng uống Tiger ( 6 lon). Tính bill ra 9 lon. Nói ra thì chỉ xin lỗi nhầm. Rồi cho hỏi bia Ken đem ra lắc nhắc k chịu đem thùng cho khách thì có nhầm ko ? Lần đầu đi nhậu mà gặp quán vậy luôn đó. 1 lần ko có lần thứ 2. Đồ ăn rất bình thường. Ko đc món nào gọi là ngon nữa. Nói chung chê và né.

Nvien và mọi người lịch sự và nhanh nhẹn. Không gian quán thoáng mát nhưng đồ ăn khá mặn. Mình k phải người ĐN nhưng dù đi ăn ở nhiều quán ĐN cũng k thấy mặn vậy. Mong quán cải thiện phần này

Staff don't listen when called, I saw them joking around outside and called several times but they still didn't hear, customers have to serve themselves everything, quite frustrating🥲

Ordering takes too long

Ordered 4 dishes, all of them were bad, went because it was famous on TikTok but it was terrible. Avoid it.

Enthusiastic, attentive, the beef with pepper sauce dish recommended by the staff was delicious, we tried it and recommend everyone to eat this dish. The rest of the menu is similar to any other drinking eatery, so nothing particularly special. The food is decent for the price, suitable for organizing parties, gatherings with friends.

The restaurant is very enthusiastic and attentive. I organized a lunch party outside in 34-35 degrees, but the VIP room was cool. I felt sorry seeing the staff running around soaked in sweat. I give it 5 stars!

The staff are not enthusiastic in serving and even curse at customers with this and that attitude. Everyone, don't come to this eatery anymore, it's like bringing trouble upon yourself.

Airy, spacious karaoke room but the karaoke system is bad, food is okay

The eatery is located on 30/4 Street, relatively spacious. The dishes are decent. They have braised sea chicken (pufferfish) with turmeric, which is delicious. The staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. The place has a cosplay performance of Monkey King and Pigsy celebrating birthdays, which is a bit creepy 😂

Everything was fine. Until the bill came, my table had drunk less than 2 cases but they charged for 93 cans. 😤 The restaurant only gave a hollow apology, blamed the software, and didn't resolve it. Really disappointing! 😡👎

The speakers are not as good as a karaoke bar, but they are acceptable. If you set up a karaoke machine system, it would be even better than the bar. 5 stars because the staff are enthusiastic, the appetizers are delicious, and it's fun.

First time visiting the eatery but found the food okay, don't know how others feel but I think the prices are reasonable. The service staff are lovely. There's a staff member named Huda, even though our table didn't use their products, they served very enthusiastically and cheerfully. Next time I'll come to support 😃
