I thought I had to go to Hue to eat this, but unexpectedly there's a shop selling it right in Da Nang. The noodles are small strands, just the right style 👍 🥘The bowl served is fragrant with the scent of authentic Hue fish sauce, guaranteed to win over even those who don't like this smell. The topping lineup is quality, no need to mention: pieces of pork roll, meatball, crab cake, nam meat, tendon, rare beef brisket... Each piece is generous; one bite and you know it's premium, using fresh hot meat daily—frozen meat would never be this delicious.
