The coffee is ok. But the staff should really do better job in terms of cleaning the tables after the customers that have already left long ago. I asked if they could clean the table after the previous customer. The guy just took the empty cups away without cleaning the table or emptying the ashtray that was full with cigarettes. Then that same staff went on to smoke at the table next to mine where another customer used to sit. The staff member smoked and went back inside, neither having cleaned the table, nor even taking the empty cups and leftovers away.

My favorite egg coffee is here! But I need more choices of deserts!

Trải nghiệm tệ nhất mà tôi từng có!!! Các vấn đề về chất lượng nước uống (mang tính chủ quan) hay sự cố mất điện do diễn tập phòng cháy chữa cháy (mang tính khách quan) thì tôi không nói, nhưng vấn đề về cơ sở vật chất là thứ rất khó để bỏ qua: 1. Các ổ cắm điện không sử dụng được: tôi đã thử gần như tất cả các ổ cắm điện nhưng không có cái nào hoạt động được! 2. Nhân viên không biết vấn đề của các ổ cắm, khi tôi nói vấn đề ổ cắm điện không sử dụng được thì nhân viên mới đi kiểm tra từng ổ cắm 🙏 cảm giác như mới được tuyển vào ngày hôm qua vậy!? Tôi mong rằng quản lý cửa hàng và các nhân viên (dù là fulltime hay parttime) nên QUAN TÂM đến cơ sở vật chất của quán hơn, quan tâm đến trải nghiệm của khách hàng hơn 🥲

Quán nằm ở một góc đường trong KĐT FPT City, anh có không gian rộng rãi, bên cạnh đó xe máy có thể đậu phía trước và ngồi trong quán hoàn toàn có thể quan sát được nên rất tiện lợi.
