Delicious noodles, filling is well-soaked and flavorful, with fillings including chicken, beef, snakehead fish, and eel. Fresh vegetables are clean and fresh. Tables, chairs, and utensils such as chopsticks, spoons, and tablecloths are all carefully selected. The space is airy, clean, suitable for inviting guests.
Bad noodles, clean shop, eating without noodle flavor
The noodle shop is very good, the chicken is deboned, homemade peanut oil, noodles made from homemade rice, the raw vegetables are very carefully selected, there are crispy banana blossoms, fragrant... well-deserved 10 points, I will take you to eat when I return to Da Nang...
Too bad, the chicken noodle has chicken that is deboned and mashed like minced meat. The bowl of noodles is not tasty; while at other eateries, even with deboned chicken, the meat still comes in whole slices, though small; but not minced like the deboned meat here.

The restaurant has poor service
Terrible service. I ordered a bowl of chicken mì Quảng and waited over 30 minutes — still nothing. Staff just kept saying “please wait.” I eventually had to leave without eating. Extremely disappointing experience. This place has no respect for customers. I honestly hope it shuts down soon.
Mỳ Quảng is delicious and palatable. Especially the fresh herbs are clean.

The Quang noodle eatery is located in Hoa Xuan, about 4km from the city center. Quang noodles include chicken, fish, beef, and egg Quang noodles, cheap, delicious broth. Diverse fresh raw vegetables. Fast and attentive service. The street is quiet so it's easy to find parking. Cheap prices.
The eatery is clean, the noodles are delicious, the chicken fillet is easy to eat! Rich flavor, fresh herbs get 10 points for being green and clean. Tables, chairs, and all utensils are tidy and clean, like an upper-mid-range restaurant! I support this eatery regularly.
The shop is clean and airy. Mi Quang is authentic Quang style. Especially the vegetables are amazing, the noodle toppings (I ate chicken noodles) the meat is deboned, cut into bite-sized pieces. Every time I return from Saigon, I will visit whenever I have the chance.
