A morning congee stall selling near noon, located on a sidewalk near a residential area. Congee is delicious, fresh offal, rich country pork, reasonable price. Owner enthusiastic, clean. Just a bit unfortunate that opening hours are limited, you have to time it right.

This eatery is near where I live, and it was my first time trying it even though I've passed by many times because I always had to go to work in the morning, and the shop only sells from morning until almost noon🥲. The shop sells on the sidewalk, so when it rains heavily, I see that the shop closes. If anyone wants to eat, they should note the shop's phone number so that on rainy days they can ask if the shop is open to make it convenient to come. As for the food, it's really delicious and generous ❤️. In my hometown, they sell a lot of this dish and call it 'bánh hỏi cháo lòng', but here, I rarely find shops that sell this dish, and the flavor is like in my hometown. There are also some places that sell it, but they sell bánh hỏi with dry grilled meat, so I don't like it much. The shop needs reviews so that people in this area know about it and can find a place selling hot and delicious breakfast, or simply find a familiar taste like in their hometown, just like me 💝🫂
