She works quite fast, friendly; the pancakes are crispy, not greasy, the sweet and sour fish sauce served with raw vegetables is just right, quite okay, edible. I ordered 8 egg pancakes for 30k and 8 shrimp pancakes for 35k

The eatery is a bit hard to find, you have to go deep into the alley. The food is delicious, especially the egg or shrimp egg dishes.

The cake is quite delicious, served with sweet and sour dipping sauce for wrapping.

The road to the eatery is very difficult to navigate, a small road. The banh can is more expensive compared to other places, quality and taste are 6/10

Traveling but it rained too much, so I ordered takeaway, and the bánh căn was still very crispy. Extremely delicious, especially the squid. Definitely will come back! I'm from Saigon visiting.

The business is extremely ridiculous. The dishes take forever to come out. The menu says: shrimp and egg mini pancakes (4 shrimp, 4 eggs), but they brought out 3 shrimp and 5 eggs. I thought the eatery made a mistake, so I asked, and the eatery said they did it intentionally because these days shrimp are expensive, vegetables are expensive, blah blah expensive. Dishonest business. The vegetables were only lettuce, with no other types of vegetables at all. I think if shrimp and vegetables are expensive, the eatery could stop selling, rather than cheating like this.

Food bought on-site is missing bread, vegetables are few, 8 egg and shrimp cakes but only 3 eggs and 4 shrimp. The kitchen cooks slowly even when there are few customers. Hope the shop improves further.

The shop is clean, vegetables are very fresh, fried cakes are fragrant, new oil is not greasy or smelly like other shops. The banh can has a crispy crust, soft and chewy inside, eggs and shrimp are fresh and delicious, squid is also fresh and very tasty but the price is a bit high, not enough to eat :P. Oh, the fish sauce is also good, there is non-spicy fish sauce for children. I've only known the shop for a few months but I visit almost every week, it has become my favorite shop.

The shop is run by a lovely couple, and the space is clean. The bánh căn now also has squid; the fresh ingredients suit my taste, the dipping sauce is enjoyable, and the cakes are not too oily. The only thing is that one serving is 8 pieces, and you cannot order according to your preference.

Crispy, hot banh can. Fresh shrimp, sweet and salty fish sauce just right. Enthusiastic staff. Tables, chairs, bowls, chopstick holders are all clean. Chopsticks point up.

This is Vung Tau-style mini savory pancakes, not Phan Rang-style mini savory pancakes. Couldn't finish one plate because it was too oily.

Honestly, I never thought I could find a bánh căn eatery in a small alley that would leave such a lasting impression. The first time I visited, it felt very ordinary: no big signboard, no fancy tables and chairs, just a neat and clean little corner. But that simplicity made me curious and want to try it. And then, all doubts vanished the moment the first plate of bánh căn was brought out. I've lived in Đà Nẵng for 30 years, eaten bánh căn everywhere—from famous crowded eateries to humble street-side stalls—but nowhere has made me say 'wow' on the first bite like this place. The egg bánh căn was rich and fragrant; one bite and the flavor spread in my mouth, the crust lightly crispy, the filling soft and smooth just right. The shrimp bánh căn was truly outstanding—the shrimp fresh, sweet, firm, and you could clearly taste the savory sea flavor. What I liked most was the bowl of dipping fish sauce. Not too salty, not too sweet, but very mild, just enough to bring out the flavor of each cake. Dip a hot cake in, and after eating, you just want to pick up another piece, and then another. Even when I was full, I still craved more in my mind. The eatery is small, tucked away in an alley, but it surprised me with quality far surpassing fancy places. Perhaps it's the rustic simplicity and the heart put into each cake that created such a special experience. For me, this is definitely the best bánh căn eatery in Đà Nẵng—a place where just one visit will make you want to come back again and again.

I ordered on Grab 2 times. Super delicious, cheap price ♥️♥️♥️ Every time I return to Da Nang, I have to eat. The owners are open all day.

Delicious. Next time I'll eat there in person; the cakes are hot, crispy, and tasty. However, the shop mainly sells takeaway, so there are only 2 tables for customers to sit and eat on-site; many customers come and have to leave because there's no space. The only downside is that it takes too long; waiting for 2 plates of cakes takes 20-25 minutes. So if you don't want to wait, order takeaway. I saw that the delivery guys' orders are packed in clean paper boxes, not Styrofoam. The owner is gentle and lovely, and even offered me a free bottle of filtered water.

The eatery is clean, delicious, the fried cake is just right, crispy, tasty, and piping hot, the shrimp is fresh, sweet, and rich with quail eggs. The broth is flavorful, eating with raw vegetables is absolutely wonderful. The orange juice is good, eating and drinking are so delicious, almost finished before remembering to leave a review!
